   Food was Good. Steak had a little too much fat/gristle but was good. Mashed Potatoes were decent, lacked some flavor, but decent enough. Brandon the Server is to be commended. He is a remarkable Young Man, and does an absolutely outstanding and fantastic job. Brandon is definitely one in a million.

   We wanted to like this new restaurant so much, but we were greatly disappointed. From the moment we walked in to the almost 2 hours later that we left, we remained disappointed. Despite having a reservation, we waited 30 minutes to be seated. We ordered two side salads and two steaks, the filet and the $85 waygu. It took almost 45 minutes to get our side salads. Then when our steaks came out they were lukewarm. And honestly, they were not nearly as good as what we get at Texas Roadhouse. Three of the tables around us also had long waits for their food, and one of them didn’t even eat their entree because their steak was burned. Our waitress was kind and tried hard, so that was the only bright spot. I think this is a one-and-done for us, sadly. Too much money was spent (almost $200 for two people) to not have enjoyed it more.

   Made a reservation for 7:30. Seated at 8:30… ordered and served our food at 9:30. Asked the waitress if they were backed up and she responded with the grill caught on fire. My wife’s fillet was roasted and crispy on the outside where it was more of a bark and the inside was not cooked. We asked for our bill and told the waitress that we will feed this to our dogs and grab Rushes on the way home. Hate that we had that sort of experience in our hometown.

   We made reservations for 6:30 but were not seated for 20 minutes. $100 plate of meat was cooked appropriately but was delivered on the cold board and was cold. Everything took forever and drinks were not mixed well. There were apologies throughout for late service, but they did not feel sincere. It was cold outside, but we were seated under air-conditioning went that blew cold air on us, so we had to wear jackets during dinner. Overall, not a good experience.

   I met a gf here on a Thursday ladies night for filets and martinis. We had such a nice time that we ate, drank, and talked for 3 hours. The restaurant is beautiful, the ambiance is perfect, for many occasions, and the food is delicious. The service was wonderful and our food was cooked to perfection. Definitely on our list for repeat visits.

    The food was good and the service was the best I’ve received ever in any restaurant (thanks, Kevan). They worked with us when we needed to change our reservation on NYE even! We probably had the worst table location in the place, but was still enjoyable. The food courses were timed well and the staff seemed incredibly efficient. It was an anniversary celebration and many of the staff signed a card to us (nice touch!). We enjoyed wine, appetizer, bread, entrees and dessert and my wife’s company. Value? Well …leaving my wife out of consideration… you pay for the experience, plus. It wasn’t a surprise since it’s on the menu, but it was definitely steep. She added a scallop (singular) as a side to her steak and it was $12. We escaped under $250…but just barely.
