Our rich chicken liver parfait piped into thyme puff pastry slices with caramelised red onion chutney, alongside dressed julienned pears and a port reduction

Our server Karina made our meal a delight. Good service along with good food, good house wine and a brilliant hot chocolate dessert. The steak frites here are highly recommendedthe

Normal Cote offer of French bistro food at reasonable prices. Service was so poor that the enjoyment of eating out was really reduced//minimised. It's hard not to feel that if this continues people will abandon Cote altogether - why not go to other local alternatives instead where the staff will take some care of you?? It felt like we'd been forgotten twice - whilst waiting for both main courses and desert.

Lovely afternoon, great food and wine. Baked beetroot starter was fresh and light and loved the tuna Niçoise salad. Great value and even better when you get a complementary cocktail email offer.

Went to Cote in Muswell Hill on 10 October for my wife’s birthday. We had pre-booked. The restaurant was busy and there could have been more staff as initially we did have to wait some time to be served. However the manager saw the problem and was quick to ensure that our night was not spoiled. We were treated to a complimentary bottle of champagne as a birthday surprise which was very well received. The food was excellent and the night ended very well and everyone had a great night. Thank you again Cote.

Always reliable - good to see it quite busy on a Wednesday. VIP offers outstanding value. Not sure I can take credit, but they promised to improve Fish Parmentier after my previous review - and they did! The only problem for us is that Cote sets a high bar for regular eating out so we don’t go to other places so often other than special occasions. Great too to see Breakfast Complete back on the menu.

Very good food and service. Only criticism was that Fish Parmentier was suffering from shrinkflation and fish not as moist and varied as previously. Overall good value, especially with complimentary desserts.
