   I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your restaurant, which was highly disappointing given that my family and I have been loyal customers for over two years, with three bookings already made for the upcoming month. On November 10, at approximately 12:30 PM, we were asked to vacate our table only 1.5 hours after starting our lunch. This request came directly from the manager on duty, and we felt it was abrupt and unwarranted. As regular patrons, we’ve never encountered such a situation before, and the rushed nature of this request left us feeling unwelcome and disrupted our meal. Additionally, the noise level from a party seated next to us was extremely disruptive. Their loud celebration made it very difficult to enjoy our meal and cast a serious shadow on the overall ambience. Given our long-standing relationship with your establishment, we are extremely disappointed by this visit. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider how the overall dining experience can be improved for loyal customers.

   We went to celebrate my dads 81st birthday. Brilliant, friendly service and they gave us a glass of free champagne each as a birthday treat. Food was lovely! Thanks Cote Brasserie

   Our server at the begging of Service was good. After he finished his shift, the new server was not attentive and did not check on us if we needed anything and we kept having to get her attention. Nice lady, but needs to improve on being attentive to the customers at the tables

   I could not fault the service. A table with a view was requested and delivered. Easy to book on Open Table. Service was fast and accommodating. Very friendly staff. All our meals were delicious and a reasonable price. Happy customer, highly recommend.

   Wish there was more vegan gluten free options, the only one there was ratatouille wasn’t that nice, lucked in flavour

   We were in the second room by the window and it was a sun trap, we were all sweating and it was quite uncomfortable
