Food Network ‘Chopped’ Champion Chef Cory Oppold and his culinary team take you on a food journey of both your taste and visual senses, using seasonality of products and a progression of flavor.

COURSE offers a 10-course tasting menu Friday and Saturday and a 5-course ‘choice of’ menu on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, as well as special experiences on Sundays.

Our menus change seasonally, and current & upcoming special menus can be viewed on our website.

COURSE Restaurant is excited to announce the return of the highly anticipated 12 Days of Christmas Menu, a limited-time culinary adventure that will be available from December 13-29. This unique dining experience was born out of a deep appreciation for Christmas traditions and the magic of the holiday season, and offers an 8-course tasting menu inspired by traditional Christmas dishes, Christmas songs, and even Christmas movies. The 12 Days of Christmas is a true feast for the senses, taking diners on a delightful journey through your favorite flavors of the holiday season. This menu will be offered 12/13/24-12/29/2024 for $175/person with reservation hours each day from 5-9pm, but closed on Mondays.

It was just ok. 2 of the 10 were good. Many of the dishes were picturesque but lacked flavor. I was hoping for so much more and want them to succeed.

Michelin style and quality food and service! This chef is outstanding and I’m so excited that we found this gem! I do recommend eating indoors as the restaurant is in a strip mall with cars and others businesses close by. Still, the service was phenomenal and the food was unexpected and out of this world! I’m excited to see what this chef does and I hope to be a regular! We went for our anniversary and sat in the patio and we had quite a romantic experience :) I’m super excited that we found course!

Mexican brunch: wonderful experience from suffer to finish. Chef Cory & team did a great job with this flavor profile, and the wine pairing was on perfect point as always. The food is already so creative and beautiful yet not "weird." So glad we have Course nearby!

Course's Mexico menu was nothing short of the culinary equivalent of Freddie Freeman's grand slam homerun in game one of the World Series. It was an epic meal that we will remember for a very long time! Every single course evoked the flavors of Mexico and the balance of ingredients and portion size was just perfect (still thinking about the ceviche, and the mole!). Our server Raha, Nick and the entire team made the experience elegant and satisfying. Can't wait for the next Sunday menu!
