   We are always completely pleased with the customer service as well as the delicious food. It’s one of the reasons why we keep coming back for Valentine’s Day. Thank you for being consistent and great customer service. It is appreciated.

   Enjoyed the Brazilian style dinner for Valentine’s day. Waited just a few minutes after my reservation time and was seated. Food was exceptional. Enjoyed a 2.5 hour dining experience. Servers ensured we always received the desired meat choices. Was never rushed to turn over the table. Will definitely come back.

   We dined at the Columbia, SC location. Even with our cards flipped to green, we had to continuously request for the food servers to bring meat to our table. We have visited Rioz multiple times and were hoping for a similar experience, however it was not even comparable. There were many items that we were never even offered. Very disappointed in our experience.

   I am a fan of Brazilian steakhouses and have been to several, but this was my favorite! The meats were all flavorful and of course plentiful with the brisket and lamb chops taking the top prizes for me. I dont come to these places for salads and sides but the offerings were on par with what one might expect. I did enjoy the cheese bread very much and was pleasantly surprised by warm grilled garlic bread being served by the gauchos! Desserts were brought around on a platter and all options looked enticing. I opted for New York Cheesecake and was not disappointed. The staff was really nice and service was excellent! The atmosphere lacked refinement in my opinion but typical of old town style downtown locations. Acoustics allowed for a louder environment but my wife and I were able to have conversation without straining to be heard. I found prices for desserts and drinks to be lower than expected and added to the value of this location. Overall very satisfied with my experience here at Cowboys and would definitely return.

   Today we celebrated my husband's birthday and the food was immaculate.the servers were absolutely nice every time they came by the table to offer hot food. The food was fresh and the atmosphere was pleasant and quiet.we had a nice window seat and I can say that this is a nice place to enjoy a great meal with fantastic service and fresh food.Keep up the great job

   We usually go to Rioz in Columbia but been in downtown we want to try this one. Meet was cold and salty, the server was ok. I don’t understand how the restaurant have 4.6 star. Honestly not worth the price for the quality we get.

    We have been to Cowboys many times. Our reservations were at 6:45 so they weren't crowded. Salad Bar was great. Everything was fresh and salad bar employee constantly replenishing items. Service and food were ok but, not as good as we have experienced in the past. Some of the meats seemed to be over cooked. Wine selection drastically decreased.
