   The food was excellent, as usual. It's difficult to rate the "service" as this establishment typically doesn't wait on tables, and you must go to the register to place your order, which is all understood if you're a returning customer. I will say that our table was ready for us when we arrived since we made reservations. The food was delicious; we both had prime rib. The ambiance is what it is: an open space with tables and chairs. The noise level was better than most places like this; you could converse with the people at your table and hear them—no loud music, etc. We will be returning as the food is some of the best around, and it's not in town!

   We love meeting our daughter and her young family at Cowiche Brewery no matter the time of year. Derrick is an excellent chef, creating many wonderful, mouth watering entries. The staff is friendly and the service is great!
