Coyote Crossing has become an iconic Mexican restaurant and bar with a unique patio and bar that has provided authentic food, cocktails, and stunning service for a quarter of a century. Family-run non-corporate wonderland is what we have built over the past twenty-five years. We had a reservation for 2 at 7:30pm on Tuesday, February 16. We were seated by 7:25. A waitress did not show until 7:50 or later. It was not a busy night and there were multiple servers helping other guests. Once out waitress showed up we ordered basic margaritas and apps. Our apps, shrimp ceviche and the mango guac came within minutes of ordering and were absolutely delicious. However, our drinks never arrived. After sitting there for 40 mins without a drink on a night that was not busy, celebrating a belated Valentine’s Day, we had enough and asked for the bill. The waitress was apologetic and did not charge us anything. Again, the food that we did have was excellent. We sensed it was an individual server issue not a service issue as everyone was very friendly and our apps came super quick. We will try again and hope we don’t have the same server.

Food was excellent as alway. Service was very good but it was a busy crowded night. Noise level was high especially given how crowded the restaurant was. Overall a good experience

Food and service were outstanding but they were trying to start a fire in the fireplace and the room was filled with smoke and they had the door open so the room was freezing. Management did not seem to care.

Food was delish and although the restaurant was bustling, we got our food rather fast. Can’t wait for warmer weather so we can dine outside on the patio.

Restaurant was overbooked. With a reservation for 5:45 was not seated until 6:30. Manager attempted to accommodate and showed concern.

I visited Coyote Crossing for the first time. The food was amazing. We ordered guacamole & steak and shrimp fajitas. The restaurant was really fun. Our server was really nice. I would absolutely come back here. A couple things that will inform future visits. One of the great thing about their food is that they smoke it. This also means an incredibly strong smoke filled restaurant that permeated my hair and clothes and made it almost difficult to stay there. I would wait till it is warm and sit outside only. Lastly, the price. My lunch was $100 for one guacamole and two fajita orders. No alcoholic drinks even. While wonderful this seemed really high.
