   I’ve generally enjoyed my experiences at Craft, but unfortunately, our recent visits have been disappointing. During our last outing, we encountered several issues with how the service was managed. Despite having a reservation with a request to watch the hockey game, we were seated at a table with a large pillar blocking the screen. When our group asked to move to a nearby table with a better view—which remained empty for the duration of the game—we were met with unnecessary resistance from management. While our server was kind and did her best, the overall experience left us feeling unheard and unwelcome. It’s unfortunate, as we had looked forward to watching the game there. Based on this experience, we won’t be returning to Craft on 10th for future game nights.

   I made a 1:45PM Mother's Day brunch reservation. As we were being seated, we were casually informed by the host (i.e., the person seating us) that we had just 30 minutes to eat, as the buffet was going to close at 2:15PM (something that had not been made clear ahead of time). Fortunately, the host was able to negotiate an additional 15 minutes for us (the chef agreed to keep the buffet open until 2:30PM). Still, we felt rushed, and the entire experience was far more stressful for us than it needed to be. The food was decent and the price was good. The service was decent.

   Everything was top shelf, food was amazing. I fed a family of 6 for under $200 and that included drinks and tip. Hopefully we are back for Father’s Day.

   We had a wonderful Mother’s Day brunch. The food selection was great with a seafood selection, breakfast items, pastries, cheese and so much more.

   We went for appetizers and after work beers. I asked for water twice and never got a glass. We asked for a box for leftovers. We waited over 10 minutes for our waitress to come back. She never did. We watched her flirt with multiple tables of men and stand at the bar flirting with the bartender but never came back to us. We left cash on the table and left. The food is mediocre and expensive. The current beer rotation is amazing right now though. It was loud but we could hear each other talk.

   We had a great time overall. However, about an hour into our meal, a staff member who wasn’t our server approached our table and said, “Sorry to interrupt while you’re eating, but we have another party coming in at 8:45 — can you be out by then?” Our reservation was for 6:30, and at no point were we told there would be a two-hour time limit. She offered to move us to another table — mid-meal, with our food — which felt awkward and disruptive. I asked if the other party could be seated elsewhere, but she never returned with a response. I found the interaction to be quite rude and disappointing, especially given the otherwise enjoyable experience.
