   Food took 45 minutes, glass of wine took 35. Appetizer came out after entrees. Couldn’t find server to get plates or utensils. Dirty tables everywhere. Restaurant was not busy. Terrible experience.

   We never received our food. When we were seated, around 430p, our server advised the food was raking a bit to come out. We had 1 hour 30 minutes until the LA Kings Hockey game so we thought we would still have enough time. We ordered Drinks, which were delivered, even though it took 3 trips to get. We ordered appetizers and chili to receive before our meals. We did not get them, then ordered our dinner. Still no appetizers and chili by 530p. We told our server to forget our food and just give us the drinks bill. We left at 540p. The server told us that the Kitchen does not split up the appetizers from the dinner food. So everyone waits until their ticket cones up in order. They need to think how they work their kitchen. 10 min after we were seated the table next to us left without getting their meal. Bad service. Will never go back.

   Have been to this place multiple times before Kings games and always had a very good dining experience. I'm hoping this bad experience was a one-off and plan to return.

   Got there at 5pm before the Lakers game. Unfortunately the service was quite slow, not due to the waitress but she either had too many tables to cover so the time to just order took awhile as well as waiting for our drinks. Service on previous visits was better

   Menu is great. Food was just OK. I ordered multiple items for the 4 of us, as the menu choices sounded phenomenal. The food was average. Great location, atmosphere, and service.

   This was our 3rd time there and it has really gone downhill. Service was slow it appeared they were short staffed. We all ordered different items, brisket and chicken were very dry. Tri tip was ok. Portions were small, cocktails were limited unless you ordered specifically off the menu. Ordered a plain baked potato got one that was so loaded with so much stuff I could not eat it and was still charged for it. Prices were high with what you receive for your money. Honestly with all the choices at LA Live we will not be going back here.

   I went after the rush from a basketball game. The server was clearly tired but still very kind. They were out of several menu items, but what we ordered was amazing! I had the brisket quesadilla and short ribs tacos. And the drinks were delicious and strong!

   The wait was long even though we got there on time and had a reservation. They had a shortage of staff, servers. The hostess was cleaning tables. We waited 20 minutes before a server came by after I had asked several times for a server to take our order. In the end, we ended up leaving after 45 minutes of no service since we needed to catch the game. Unfortunately we did not get to try the food.

   I had to rate the food but we never got our food. Service was probably the worst I have ever experienced. We had a 6:00 reservation to give us time to eat before going to the Lakers game at 7:30. We sat down at 6:08. 6:19 someone finally came over to take our drink order but we also just placed our food order since we sat for 11 minutes with no one even bringing water. My dad asked for Splenda for his iced tea. We never got it and I finally had to ask another server to bring it to us. Our waitress never returned for over 30 minutes while we sat and waited and waited. Finally the bar manager came out to tell us someone in the kitchen called out and they were behind. My issue with this is, it took 50 minutes for us to even find this out and it should have been told to us when we sat down so we could have decided if we wanted to stay or not. It was not busy in the restaurant and many empty tables. 2 people came in after us and got their salads before we could even get someone to even come over to us. I tried to order a cocktail that was on the menu, they were out of it. So are the drinks premixed or were you out of ingredients? My parents ordered the half chicken, they were out of it. After waiting again we finally left at 7:05. No food, nothing. I will never go back to this place.

    We went at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and the place was empty. We were promptly seated, given recommendations and ordered. I ordered a brisket grilled cheese sandwich with Brussels sprouts as my side and my daughter ordered salmon with waffle fries. The sandwich was recommended by the waiter and it was not good. The meat was dry, Christmas vacation turkey dry (that’s a little exaggeration but there were pieces so dry they were chewy and crunchy and I had to spit them out I couldn’t chew them) The grilled cheese part, expecting gooey cheesy yumminess, not here. The cheese was a crispy slab on top of the meat. Crispy! Cooked on the cooktop till it was crispy yuck, if you’re expecting grilled cheese this is not it. It was so dry I had to order a side of bbq sauce which I waited for til my food was almost cold, when the restaurant was empty, there were two other patrons in the entire establishment. The Brussel sprout side, excellent and the waffle fries my daughter got were very good but we had to ask for ranch which again waited till the food was cold to receive. Our order was processed faster than getting ranch and bbq sauce. Overall this restaurant could be great but for the time we came in that was not busy and the prices the food should be excellent and it wasn’t. Great concept and everything on the menu sounded great but the taste just wasn’t there.
