   Waited for 2 hours no food and false promises. Staff is very all over the place and don’t seem to know what they are doing. Hoping I just came on a bad night but ruined Valentine’s Day with the poor performance

   Long wait time reaerved for 9:30 was waiting till 10, asked some of the people sitting down they said they waited over an hour. Left.

   They took a long time to seat us down and then no one came to take the order for the next 15 to 20 minutes. That's just crazy.

   2/14 was my first time going to this restaurant it’s cute dj was nice! but the service was horrible we where sitting next to a couple who canceled there drinks because they where waiting 20 minutes for it they left. I was at my table for about 15 mins after didn’t get any service no water no waiter no nothing about 5 mins after that an other couple get up and leave because they been waiting for there drinks and dinner for 30 mins . An other couple is put on the side of us they got water and was able to order drinks . The waiter finally came over to my table about 30min in asking where we ready I had to tell her we didn’t even get water and 1 menu how did they order before us we been here 30 mins I went to the bathroom and we left and went to a different restaurant with better vibes and service!

   UPDATE: The owner responded to my review on google, so I reached out to them again for a refund since I have no intention of returning due to their poor service. And guess what? I emailed them twice and received no response! If they truly don’t care, why even bother replying to the review in the first place? Worst Experience Ever! We had a 7:30 PM reservation and waited 20 minutes just to place an order and get regular water. We ordered both a starter and a main course together, but after an hour, all we got was six chicken bites after asking 3 times—while people who came after us were already eating. The worst part? Between ordering and getting those bites, the staff came to confirm our order six times. Yet, we still had to wait. After another hour of nothing, we gave up and left at 9:30 PM without even getting our main course. Tried talking to the manager, but she just laughed and smiled instead of apologizing. Other couples walked out too on valentines day, and despite all the chaos, they were still seating new customers like nothing was wrong. Then, when we went to pay, they couldn’t even find our bill—took them another 15 minutes to sort it out. In the end, we paid $45 for tap water and six chicken bites, with no apology, no discount—nothing after two hours of waiting. Never coming back. Don’t waste your time here!

Wondering if there's more to this because we clearly addressed this on your TWO DIFFERENT GOOGLE REVIEWS , as it seems to be turning into more than what it is. Regarding your concern, We responded to your email two days ago, so please check your inbox or spam folder to confirm. We kindly ask for proof of payment. Our Chicken Bites are priced at $27.12 Tax included, and we do not charge for tap water, which is not the equivalent to $44. We simply want to verify what was ordered that led to this charge and ensure accurate records for your refund. This is a reasonable request.    My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine’s Day and the experience was horrible. Took 2 hours for our food to come. The hostess was weird and rude and saying how my boyfriend’s not allowed to talk. The bill took forever to come and e we’re looking around at everyone being just as upset as us. Wouldn’t recommend coming here. Good thing my boyfriend and I had a good day so this didn’t ruin it as much. The experience was horrible though.

   The owner ‘E’, was present at the time I arrived with a close friend. There was an issue with my initial reservation booked for 4pm. ‘E’ immediately fixed the error, he was attentive, apologetic, understanding, welcoming and shared the history of the African/Italian concept. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is beautiful and neat. The staff are nice and engaging. Would recommend this place for girls night out, party of 6 or less, date night, as well as family outting! Keep up the great work. Very lovely

    Went for my birthday, food portions are small and price is expensive. Food took an hour 15mins to be served. Disappointed on the taste
