   Food was good but they refused to let us bring a cake for my daughters birthday. They told us we could leave it downstairs while we ate. When we left we tried to divide the cake into carryout boxes since we did not live it the same place as our daughter. We were rudely asked to leave. They ruined our entire evening. I am appalled and angered they would be so rude after spending so much money on dinner. I will never go back!

   Delicious food, spectacular views of Dallas at the top of reunion tower!! My only complaint is portion size.. Other than that, a wonderful experience..

   Unfortunately the restaurant has not regained the food and service quality of prior owners and the restaurant no longer revolves! Somewhat disappointing for the amount of $$$$ spent.

   Most expensive Waygu at $78 an ounce. We got 10 ounces. That was just the a5. The Waygu loin was pathetic as well. If you’re looking for Waygu that actually lives up to its price point try catch, monarch, and nick and Sam’s (hit and miss). The orange daphanie scooby doo hair was aware of our dissatisfaction so she made sure to let us know the three mini cookies and cake pops (total value of $10) were on the house. This place is a Disneyland tourist trap. It doesn’t even spin anymore meaning they can just sit you in the back so you can see dirty rail road tracks as your view. You’re there only for the picture in the front as you’ll most likely be sat in the back. I’ll never go back.

   Beautiful location and the food was tasty and great value for the price!! Seems on the expensive side but so much food to get for $80 pp Also our server was amazing (Colton?)

   I made a reservation 2 months in advance and it was for 5 adults and one 9 month infant, my grandson. I called a few days before my birthday brunch to inquire if they had high chairs. The automated phone sent me a text to email the manager, and I did, and found out there are no high chairs. I was disappointed that was the case, but was able to buy a small portable one that worked out well. I was disappointed when we arrived they had not updated our table to include a chair for my grandson, when I let the manager know via email that it was for 5 adults and one infant. We had to wait extra time as they found a table for 6 chairs. Included in the $80 price per person is a hot entre from the menu in addition to the buffet. I ordered the Duck Hash and was disappointed it hardly had any duck. I had to request salt and pepper for the table, and request a refill of coffee when I ran out. My family members were also under impressed with their selections, which were all different than mine. The waitstaff was friendly but seemed rushed/disinterested in making our experience special, and after handing me a happy birthday card, that was the extent of it. I wasn’t expecting anything more but it just felt very robotic: here’s a card, happy birthday, the end. When the check came, it included $80 for gratuity and totaled $513. I think the views and ambiance were great, the buffet was beautiful and my favorite were the oysters in half shell, but the food and service was really just average, and overall the final cost we paid didn’t at all seem like we got our money’s worth. I am glad we tried it because it was my birthday wish, but I have had better dining experiences at half the cost. I don’t plan to go back.
