   It is a lovely Japanese restaurant. We had a nice table next to the window, being cold and rainy, I never took my jacket, as every time the door opened it was like a cold spelt coming in. The food was good, the sashimi was very good, some dished were superb but a couple were a disappointment, not the quality we expected from this place and the price; these two were the Wagyu beef that was hard and cold, and the sea scallops that were not fresh and really tough. The service was attentive and pleasant.

   This is my favorite place in London for a counter omakase sushi lunch. The freshness, finesse of preparation, chef interaction and courteous service make the whole experience so enjoyable. The sushi rice is excellent - just the right amount of vinegar and moisture - while the raw seafood on top is generous and unique, sometimes layers of flavors and often with a bit of zest. There are only around 8 counter seats but also table seating where you can order menu items and sets.

   Thank you Cubé! Always the best experience here. We had the Omakase for my mother’s 60th birthday and stayed for hours - we were also surprised with a birthday treat! 5 stars for everything, as always.

   Tbh - pretty great value for money. Small compromise on finesse , but flavour was fantastic , and for the cost the omakase course was phenomenal.

   Beautiful omakase experience. It was my second visit to the rest and I cannot wait to come back to have more or there fresh produce and enjoy to look at the skills of the chefs.
