Steakhouse founded in 2000 by Juan Gabler. Since then, Cuerovaca has specialized in grilling the finest steaks, coming from our Patagonia, the volcanic South of Chile and the United States.
Our experience is based mainly on beef from Angus and Wagyu breeds (a breed of Japanese origin, considered the best meat in the world). Additionally, we also prepare Patagonian lamb, as well as seafood and fish from our southern seas.
Our mission is to create an authentic Chilean gastronomic culture, a meat experience based on the best Chilean breeders, along with award-winning wines from our country. All this in a urban-contemporary environment, accompanied by a service of excellence. We also have a private interior barbecue area, glazed green house type, surrounded by evergreens and trees.

    Siempre pido lo mismo, entraña 3/4 cada día la calidad baja, por más se que se indica poca sal, nunca logro que lo preparen según la indicación

    Primera vez que ceno en el salón interior y la atención fue muy distinta al salón del frente del restaurant. El servicio fue más lento de lo normal y nunca el garzzón se acercó a preguntar si queríamos o necesitábamos algo…Pedí un lomo vetado y como siempre sabroso y jugosos, peor más de la mitad era pura grasa. Esto no me había ocurrido antes y no sé si coincide con la ubicación. Me encanta el restaurante y espero que no baje el nivel porque es uno de mis favoritos.

    Pedimos un "vacio# y un #baby back ribs# (agradeceré en el futuro usar el idioma oficial en Chile, esto es el español). El "vacio" estuvo bien. Las costillas de cerdo estaban muy secas. El resto, servicio, local buenos pero todo muy caro. Atte Jorge

    En general, una linda experiencia, la comida maravillosa, el servicio estupendo, el único problema es que la música estaba tan alta que era imposible conversar y por más que solicité bajar la música no me hicieron mucho caso

    La hora de la reserva se realizó para las 22:15 lo cual nos brindó una mala experiencia porque la cocina cierra a las 23:00 y no contaban con la Mayoría de platos disponibles las baby de cerdo se encontraban con un sabor muy fuerte.
