Cuisine & Wine Bistro debuted in March 2015 when Fabrice and Mairead Buschtetz purchased the former MWC Bistro in Gilbert. Just a year later, CWB Chandler opened its doors. This move let Fabrice work his culinary magic in the kitchen, delighting the palates of the bistro's ever-expanding and loyal customer base. This restaurant never disappoints. I love the service, the food is consistently as expected ... delicious!, and the ambiance is perfect. I love that it is in the neighborhood and not Scottsdale. Not to mention the wine selection is outrageously excellent. Small vinters you never heard of with excellent wine. Scarlett McGah anyone? We never tire of celebrating occasions big and small or just meeting up with friends at this excellent restaurant.

This was our first time to this restaurant. My husband and I went for a date night. He ordered the lamb and I got a duck and black cherry sauce. I’ve never had duck before and it was absolutely delicious. I got a Caesar salad to go on the side and that was also delicious. They had many different types of wine to choose from, a very extensive list. The ambience was lovely the waiter checked in on us we needed, but did not try to bother us as well. I look forward to going again in the future.

Visited during restaurant week. My wife and I had one menu choice each for the options for the evening. One choice was excellent - the other mediocre. Didn't expect that much difference in each appetizer, main course, and desert. Not sure if we can trust the food quality to be excellent the next time - if there is one.

Enjoyed the restaurant week menu. The lobster croquette was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Brittany was a great server, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable of menu choices.

I had an amazing experience at Cuisine & Wine Bistro in Chandler! The ambiance was warm and inviting, the food was absolutely delicious (especially the duck and crème brûlée), and the service was top-notch, making it a truly memorable evening—I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food was excellent. I had the duck, which is probably the best I’ve ever had and the person I was with had swordfish which she enjoyed immensely. The service was better than I’ve had in Chandler.
