I was hosting an event for 20 people. The space under the marquee outdoors was perfect for mingling with room but still with a good atmosphere. Guests enjoyed the food and it was easy to order from the bar indoors. The staff was extremely courteous. Great for a large party like ours but still comfortably casual.

I cannot fault my dinner experience at customs house. Food, service, value for money, ambience, etc were all 10/10. Quantity of food was excellent as well as quality.

It was New Years Eve and I booked before, luckily, going to the Opera House for the ABC concert. It wasn't busy, which was the only thing I was concerned about. I've been to Customs House Bar a few times before and it's always been good and it was great this time round too. Service was attentive. The food was good "pub food" once again and all food, and drinks, were decently priced. The bathrooms have to be the best pub bathrooms in Sydney as they are the "Marriott Bonvoy" ones. Thanks for a fabulous beginning to what went on to be a great night.

Staff were friendly and the price we paid was good during Christmas. I had the salmon and my husband had the cheeseburger and it was huge and both meals tasted good.
