We visited Dagon on Saturday night and it was wonderful! The atmosphere was warm and buzzy and the decor is very nice. A bit of noise, as they were busy, but not too much, ,we could still easily hold a conversation. We started with a couple of cocktails. I had the espresso martini and hubby had the bittersweet spritz, both were lovely. We ordered a trio of Mezze - the spicy feta, the chicken liver mousse and the roasted red pepper with almonds. All were delightful. Ask for extra bread, you're going to need it and it is also delicious. For our entrees, I just ordered a small plate - the cigar of ground lambs meat, ,which was recommended in the Michelin guide. It was very good. My husband had the lamb, which upon his first bite, his eyes rolled into the back of his head as he let out an audible, "mmmmmmmmm!" We ordered a bottle of Pinot Noir to go with dinner. We thought the wine prices were very reasonable. I can't remember which bottle we ordered, but it was delicious and paired perfectly with the lamb. Then came dessert. I can't remember the name of what I ordered, but it was something very unique, so many different textures. It was very sweet and definitely big enough to share. I couldn't finish it. Highly recommend. We'll be back!!

Our server was so helpful, suggesting different choices. The chicken schnitzel entree was delicious and beautifully plated. Enjoyed the salade niçoise. The shaved halavah dessert was spectacular!!

We had been before. This was our first time for brunch. We ordered a la carte from the Israli/Jerusalem breakfast. We experienced an unexpectedly delicious brunch. The whipped eggplant is out of this world! We will be here many times for brunch. Our server’s last name with a Z was awesome as was the rest of the staff. They make you feel welcome and respect your space. Great restaurant

I ordered shakshuka and the eggs were seriously undercooked. I had to send the dish back. The sauce was agreeably spicy but too watery. I can make this dish better myself. Otherwise the food was good, the whipped eggplant and the flatbread. But seriously it's both unappetising and potentially sickening to send out almost raw eggs.

I loved the decor and the food was really good. The octopus portion was small and not the best I’ve had but it was good. The margarita was really delicious!! I’d like to try this place for brunch but would also go back for dinner to try other things. Ambiance was pleasant, as was service. I just wish our waitress had been a bit more personable but I don’t have anything bad to say about her on service, we are just a couple of fun girlfriends that like to interact with fun people! :)
