Birthday celebration. Dario’s was a great place for ten family members to meet. The staff was very helpful and service was great.

The food was exquisite! Our waiter was fantastic, and we got a very tasty bottle of wine for just $40! The special though was extremely expensive and the waiter didn’t inform us of that. They up-charged for everything that he described as part of the special - came to over $80! My linguine pescatore was only $35 and it was amazing. Definitely felt cheated on that special! The Bulleit Smash was a wonderful cocktail!! It was a little loud (one table in particular) and we asked one of the staff members to close the curtain between our two tables and they never did. Overall great experience but when the bill came I was unpleasantly surprised.

We are unable to recommend this restaurant at this time. Expectations: We expected an upscale date-night steakhouse with good food and good service. Pros: We arrived early for our reservation and they were able to accommodate and get us seated. Cons: We ordered drinks - mine was great, but my wife ordered a zero proof mojito that ended up being soda water and about a 1/2 cup of lime juice. It then took 15 minutes to get our menus to even begin ordering. I ordered an appetizer and my wife ordered a salad and then we each ordered entrees. This seemed to confuse the staff - after about 30 minutes, they served me my appetizer, and after waiting 10 minutes, I decided to eat in front of my wife as she could only watch. Then they brought out her salad and I could only watch as she ate the salad in front of me. Then after 30 minutes of waiting after her salad was eaten, they brought out the entrees, and got my wife’s order wrong (just a steak instead of the Dario style steak - the bacon wrapped steak with the sauce and crab topping she ordered). She finally was able to get the waiter’s attention (who was busy tending to a loud group of bar goers who apparently were way more important than we were) and ask for the Dario style steak she ordered. They brought her a ladle of sauce with crab and two strips of bacon, which was fine, however, the sauce was not cooked through enough, as it was not thick enough and tasted very acidic and vinegary and resulted in giving my wife a stomach ache for the rest of the evening and into the night. We were going to order dessert, but were not willing to wait another 30-45 minutes for it. We could not get out of there fast enough.

We has a party of 10 and got seated upon arriving. A few people in the party were late arriving due to an accident on 290. The waiter or any staff member NEVER showed up to offer even water until at least half of the party had arrived. We got water then and the waiter disappeared again for over 20+ minutes leaving us without ordering anything to drink. At a point, the manager came o table and asked if the remaining party would be joining, and even explaining that a couple of people were stuck in traffic behind an accident, the proceeded to say that he would be removing one of the tables since the entire party had not arrived on time. He was very rude. The food (once we ordered after almost 40 minutes) was good. The place was way to noise. I will personally not be returning to it.

My husband ordered the filet mignon, wedge salad and mashed potatoes. He loved every bite! I ordered the pecan crusted red snapper. It left much to be desired. I felt like I was eating a bag of pecan pieces. Too heavily crusted on a very dry piece of fish with no flavor. I also ordered the French onion soup which was oddly seasoned and sweet. No idea what weird ingredient was added to make it taste so strange. Tomato? Sugar? A-1? Very odd taste. Don’t mess with a classic that is very easy to make. The restaurant was nice. Dimly lit and good for a special occasion. I’ll try it again, but make just stick with a steak. Seafood and soup was not good.
