   Orders were suggested to be taken by player number but then they declined and wanted individually but then gave numbers out randomly and then once food arrived the server did not know who it was for!!! Customers charged incorrectly and move than the food ordered. Kids over all over the place. It was horrible. Would have rather went to Cheesecake Factory or steakhouse.

   Had a reservation at 5:30 did not get sat until 5:50. Then server did not come over for 10 minutes to greet us and take order. She came brought our drinks 15 minutes after taking order and then we did not see her again. Had to ask other staff for silverware, to send our server over for our check. Food was good, thankfully.

   We had a party of 9. Didn’t receive utensils or napkins for the table until repeatedly asked for them after we received our food. Drinks weren’t refilled until repeatedly asked for them. Restaurant is under construction so it was even that busy with diners. We weren’t pleased and regretted eating there for the service and the price.

   Requested a high chair at time of reservation. When I arrived, they did not have one ready. Due to the construction, the only available tables were high top tables which meant the high chair was below the level of the table. Once seated, it took nearly 20 mins just for the drink order to be taken and then another 20 after to receive the drinks. When our server was taking our food order, she wasn’t sure about the power play meals. I had to show her online. I asked how many tokens were on the card and she didn’t know. She got the manager who also didn’t know. It took over an hour from the time we sat down to the time we received our food. The restaurant was NOT busy. At one point, they tried giving us another tables food and when they were told it wasn’t ours they said oh she must have put the food on the wrong table. The food itself was adequate once we received it however it was definitely not fresh as it was nearly cold. I love your establishment and have spent many birthdays there which is why I was there this time. If this had been my first experience I would never return. In the future I will not be going for food or drinks. I will only go for games. This was completely unacceptable and made my birthday experience terrible.

   Service was horrible. Food came out at different times, which is not servers fault, but she never checked on us. Had to find our own silverware, it was just an all around horrible experience.

   Even louder than expected, staff seems worn out and past caring. Food is good and the value was pleasantly surprising. Under renovation and looks rather unpleasant, we weren’t given a heads up

   Eh- I guess this is ideal for families with kids and if you have mostly low expectations… The service staff weren’t very professional, food order was incorrect. I will unlikely be back, but I’m a grown man so take that into consideration.

   To start it seemed as our waitress forgot about us. And it’s not that they were busy, we were the only ones in the area. Again our waitress forgot us had to go to the bar myself to get our drinks refilled. The food was lacking taste. And the glass of water tasted like it came from the dirty sink. Won’t be going back to this location for food anytime soon.

    Good experience overall, but it was a bit expensive for what you're getting and the Smash breakfast burger I got was well done even though I asked for it medium rare. But it has great service and a nice environment, also has plenty of big screens to watch sports on.
