   Food was good, everything else, not so much. Service was so, so. They added a 25% gratuity for 7 adults? Such a shame, used to be a fun place. I can't believe they have the nerve to charge to activate a gaming card. I don't know who the target audience is, but one could literally buy a playstation with the money they want for gaming cards. Unfortunately I don't see myself coming back

   Half of the place was under construction, which we were unaware of. They claimed they told us that but they didn’t. When I called to book the reservation, they told me that can only be done through the app. That was the only time I spoke to anyone. No mention of construction at all. When we arrived we were given a table in the game room because the entire restaurant was tarped off. We were there to watch the NFL Draft. We were greeted rudely by a woman at the desk who claims she tells everyone about the construction. The table we were given was barely big enough for our party, near a TV smaller then one we had at home, and no sound for the draft. We immediately called another local spot and left within 10 minutes because they could seat us and have the draft on. We will never do Dave and Buster’s for any event again.

   I had to locate the manager Tony and basically forced him to help out with his staff that was completely over worked and falling behind as one would expect given there were only 2 waiters, one bartender and one bus boy for the entire place! Then upon leaving, another woman appeared who claimed to be a manager but I found out that wasn't true from a corporate level. Anyway, she positioned her body in my space and then played victim when I couldn't freely move to run my card to tip our waiter. All in all, the waiter was amazing, the food was phenomenal, the kids had fun but the management team needs to kick rocks! HOW IRONIC THAT EVERY GOOD REVIEW IS FROM SOMEBODY WHO DOESN'T EVEN LIVE IN THE STATE OF OHIO?! HOW GOOFY IS THAT? EVERY LOCAL REVIEW IS POOR BUT VERY TRUE AND THEY ALL SAY GENERALLY THE SAME THING!!! MANAGEMENT SUCKS THE WAIT STAFF IS OVERWORKED THE FOOD IS MEDIOCRE OR GOOD ON SOME REVIEWS THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS NOT GOOD.

   Reservation was taken for dining room but they shoved us into the game room. Service was slow and food was mid at best.

   We didn't have a server show up for about 20 minutes, and the server who did was not assigned to our section but I really appreciated her helping out. We were understanding because she took on extra tables to accommodate, but with three kids without drinks waiting on food, it got a little stressful. Once everyone had food and drinks they were happy... until they needed refills. A table in our section had a scuffle, and there was a lot of swearing and yelling. Not the fault of D&B - they can not control their guests - but I would have expected them to do something to make it right for a table with ONE adult and THREE kids under 12. The food was as expected but definitely not the experience we were looking for.

    The idea of hosting a birthday gathering at Dave and Buster’s, was more promising than actually having one there. I recommend skipping the food and just go and play games. Our service was terrible, the food was mediocre, and none of the workers know what was going on. Temper your expectations when hosting a gathering here. Simplified, this is just a loud bar with food and an arcade.
