   Waited over 30 minutes for our last round of drinks, food was awful, not timely, and the server just didnt do his job. Worst experience in a restaurant ive had in a very long time. Not to mention grossly overpriced. If i could give 0 stars i would

   Disappointed. Made a reservation for my son’s birthday and made note that it was for a birthday celebration. Stood at the receptionist area for 5 minutes when the place was empty except for one table. Then waited another 10 mins to be greeted by a server. The server forgot our fries, forgot our straws, couldn’t find my salad dressing for about 7 minutes while I sat at stared at my brown salad. No mention of the birthday and I didn’t bother to ask at this point for a desert, song, etc. Music was blaring over the sports. Will not return.

   I would not recommend Dave and Dusters in Lombard. The service was poor. We sat for 10 minutes before ever being greeted at our table. Our server was not able to answer any questions about the specials and when we ordered a drink that we thought was a part of a happy hour offer, it was not but our server did not say anything. Dirty plates and empty glasses were never removed from the table through the whole dining experience despite multiple times our server and food runner came to the table. The experience was horrible. I would not recommend this location. So disappointed.

   Despite arriving on time for my reservation, I was informed that reservations were not accepted and it would be 1.5 hrs for a table.

   We were very disappointed in the service. We ordered drinks and we quickly got all but 2 of our drinks. After waiting 25 minutes and asking the waitress 3 times we got our last 2 drinks which were a water and a ginger ale. We had a party of 12 and the first 5 orders of food came out, we waited 20 minutes for the other 6 orders of food, and one person’s order never came so they had to remake it and it came out wrong. Overall it was a very frustrating experience and it makes me not want to go back.

   We had a great time at Dave & Buster's. Our waitress, Jennifer, was excellent, on the ball to serve our table of 12. She met all our needs, constantly checking on our table to see if we needed anything. The staff was great with the kids (birthday party). The restrooms were clean, the service was fast, and the parking was easy.
