   Could not have had worse service. NO one comes to take your order! You have to flag people down to get any service at all.

   When it comes to games it was okay minus balls not being inflated and missing from games. Blew through $70 in play tokens in probably 30 minutes which is insane how pricey they are. Noted by the empty arcade for 7:00 PM on a Friday they have priced themselves out. When it came to the food, it was terrible. The menu choices were not good. Ordered the chicken nachos and they were tiny with barely any chicken on it. The chicken was out of bag and no way cooked there. We ordered our drinks when we sat and then ordered the eat drink play combo and were asked “what would you like to drink?”. When replying I had my drink already we were told since we did not say eat drink play combo in the beginning that we will be charged for our drinks $3.99 a piece. The chicken sandwich was greasy and zero flavor. The ketchup on the table was empty, but no worries all of the ketchup on the surrounding 5 tables were empty as well. The wait staff watched us looking for ketchup and had nothing to say. They were inattentive. This place has gone down the toilet and if I didn’t have children who wanted to play games, we would have walked out. After spending $115 I feel like I got pick pocketed. Where is the management team here?

   Our server, Omar, was fantastic. Kids had a great time with arcade games, food was much better than expected for a chain restaurant, and it was very clean! First time going, table of 10, and everyone had a great time!

   We have a group and we come here often. Only complaint same complaint every time is the service is VERY slow. You have to go to the bar to get your own drinks you wait so long.

   Good place to bring kids. They love it. It’s loud, bright, and has generic preservative-filled food that’s good enough. There are no windows, like a casino, so it’s easy to lose track of time. On an afternoon when there wasn’t a wait for tables, the waiter was great about letting the adults stay at the table while the kids left to play video games. Meanwhile, we could get a drink and watch a game on the big screen tvs. While it’s not the kind of place I would want to go for an adult outing, with kids it fits the bill.

    This is the worst experience that We've ever had at Dave & Buster's in Wayne, New Jersey. Our server was terrible, we ordered two appetizers. One came out and the second one did not. We questioned it and we're told that they would bring it out shortly. We asked a second time about the second appetizer and we're told that they were working on it. Two of minutes after the second appetizer came out, our entrees came out. We explained to the service I brought the food to our table that we just got our second appetizer. The server did not acknowledge what we said and dropped a plate on our table. I ordered Parmesan fries with my chicken sandwich and I got regular fries. I asked for a refill for my iced tea and the server never brought it. When I asked a server about my refill he said he didn't know that I had requested a refill. When it came time to pay the bill we asked for a paper check and the service said he can print one after it's paid. That we needed to look at the check on the device. Once we paid the bill, we noticed the check was incorrect. The manager came over to address the problem with the check. After paying our check we decided to play some games. When we were at the desk adding to our play card, one of the employees was speaking socially with someone that she obviously knows and the vulgarity that came out of her mouth isn't something that an employee should be staying in front of patrons.
