Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse is an upscale restaurant which began in Boston. Features regional Northern Italian cuisine with a focus on the grill. Chef/Owner Steve DiFillippo takes pride in hospitality and has been a mainstay in Boston and beyond for more than 30 years.
Davio’s features an extensive wine list & menu items ranging from Prime steaks to handmade pasta creations.
In 1985, DiFillippo purchased a locally-owned family restaurant called Davio's on Newbury Street in Boston's trendy Back Bay. As Boston's culinary tastes evolved, he transformed the location into a destination, retooling the menu, space & wine list. The new Davio's garnered rave reviews. Everything is made by hand from the best ingredients. Mirror the philosophy in the kitchen w/ our attentive staff in the dining room, seeing to your every need & taking pride in your meal. Other locations include Foxboro, Lynnfield, Chestnut Hill, Braintree, Logan Airport, Boston Seaport, King of Prussia & Atlanta.

From their popovers, meatball appetizer, their warm spinach salad, their short ribs and their gnocchi with added protein of a 10 oz. filet cooked perfectly, we couldn’t have asked for a better Christmas Eve dinner. Topped off by their awesome butter cake for dessert. We love this place.

I took my family out for a post-Thanksgiving Friday night dinner, and we had a great time. While listening to Christmas music, we enjoyed fantastic food and excellent service. There is something for everyone on the menu, and we’ll definitely return.

It's probably my 50th time eating here and, as always, Top Notch Service Top Notch Food. Steaks are to die for.

First time guest. Took my wife there for her birthday. Service was a bit slow. After being seated, It took awhile for the waiter to come over even though it was Tuesday night and not many people in the restaurant. After his introduction I had to call him over to order and then again to get the check. Seemed a bit slow all-night.

Was somewhat skeptical about trying a nice restaurant that is in a “shopping center”, but was very pleased with the food and drinks quality. Good place.
