This has become one of my top neighborhood favs for brunch, lunch and dinner. I can’t get enough of the fried catfish! It’s seasoned to perfection. Besides the food, the staff is friendly and helpful, especially Trey the bartender. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Exceptional food! The chef has created fine dining with comforting favorites. My fried catfish with spaghetti had just the right hint of pepper and was cooked to perfection. A cocktail at the bar was nicely made. Dessert was heavenly! The service could be amped up to match the quality of the food. As Dawn is stille getting its sea legs, I’m hopeful the front of the house will be more organized and attentive. The decor is beautiful, fresh yet art deco. Maybe tone down the lights at night for the dinner crowd? My preference only. Go to this Hyde Park gem!

I think the waitress might have been overwhelmed. She wasn’t very attentive and would walk off before I finished my sentence and therefore forgetting things. The food was ok. Salmon croquettes and jalapeño grits were good. But the yams and greens were not good at all, I sent them back. Overall, it was a good experience.

I think this might be my new favorite place. The food was really good, the staff was very welcoming. I’ll definitely be going back and bringing people.

I love that this restaurant is so convenient. Good food! Be careful—the greens are spicy!! Everything is tasty. Simple, good food. Easy atmosphere.

Definitely a place to try for breakfast or brunch for sure. They have lunch/dinner options as well but I haven't tried it yet. The grits and banana foster pancakes are crazy good.

Ketchup was accidentally spilled all over my husband. Offered to complete an incident report and someone would be in touch. Was offered dessert - we were there for breakfast. We weee given a few wet towels do we could try and get the stains out. I returned the banana pudding pancakes…cold and tough to cut. Ordered because you all were out of bananas fosters for the french toast.
