   Our experience was nice, as usual, but we were sat close to the prep area and did hear a brief argument between the chefs. They noticed me turn around and quick calmed it down.

   I had an incredible dining experience at Dean’s Steakhouse! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal. The star of the evening, besides the perfectly cooked steak, was our server, Jertha. She was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made excellent recommendations and ensured that every detail of our meal was perfect. Her hospitality truly elevated the experience, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. As for the food, it was top-notch. The steak was cooked to perfection, juicy, and full of flavor. The sides were equally impressive, and the desserts were the perfect way to end an amazing meal. If you’re looking for an outstanding steakhouse with phenomenal service, Dean’s is the place to go. Ask for Jertha—she will make your experience even better! I’ll definitely be returning.

   Excellent server and staff. Gentleman with the black suit and red bow tie went above and beyond today to make our experience special and he succeeded. Will return soon!

   Steaks were very good. I think the steaks are as good or better than other top end steak houses in Charlotte that I have been to. I believe their menu could use some upgrades and additions in the appetizer and side items. I do believe they fall behind other restaurants when it comes to the availability of appetizers and sides.

   AMAZING! Food was incredible and our server Shawn was really beyond great. I am so happy we chose to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Dean’s and absolutely plan on coming back!

   Terrible experience. I ordered the cowboy ribeye ($95) medium rare, but it arrived rare. The server was apologetic and offered to have it remade. When the manager brought out the replacement, I quickly realized it was just my original steak, reheated. At an average restaurant, that might be acceptable, but for a $95 steak, I expected better. When I pointed it out, the manager was dismissive, didn’t apologize, and simply asked, "Would you like something else?"with no concern for the issue. I told them I didn't want it and they removed from my bill. My wife’s short rib gnocchi was equally disappointing as the meat was dry, and the gnocchi were severely overcooked. Save your money and go to Steak 48, Capital Grille, or Supperland. The food, service, and overall experience are far superior.

    My gnocchi was burnt. I ate what I could and mentioned it to the waiter bc I was only able to eat half of my pasta. He said oh they seared it too long. He came back to ask if I would eat the remainder of it and I said no bc it tastes burnt. He took the plate away and didn’t so much as offer an apology or acknowledge my issue. He just came back with the bill. I’ve been patronizing Deans since their opening weekend, and I was beyond disheartened by the service I received while trying to celebrate my mother’s birthday.
