   Absolutely awful - started well with the lovely lady at the front desk and drinks as we waited for our table (not sure why there was a wait as it was not busy) but the service was very poor, we waited at the table for 20 mins before we caught the attention of someone and then all the food was virtually thrown onto the table by a waitress who did not make eye contact or speak to us - I also struggled to pay and had to go back to the front desk - it’s expensive and I felt very much taken advantage of - paid £280 for average food and a disappointing visit

   Went for a birthday dinner - request for a table by the window was accepted so we enjoyed the beautiful views across London. Staff were all super friendly and we felt super relaxed and not rushed. Food and drinks were on point - we had margaritas, tacos, sweet potato, patatas bravas, and finished with chocolate mousse (with olive oil and salt - sounds weird but so good). They needed the table back before our dessert arrived but we were smoothly moved to the bar so no stress around it. Would eat here again.

   Had table next to the beautiful fire place which made it warm and cosy. Great + fast service and the food was really good food.

   The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was cool. The drinks took ages to arrive at every order. It was very disappointing to wait that long for drinks. We were sitting next to the bar as well and wasn't sure why it took so long. So disappointing.

   Venue is wow but so are the prices. I don’t mind paying for a good evening but I don’t like being ripped off. Very small portions, monkfish was lukewarm. What really disappointed was the service. 25 mins before we grabbed our own bottle of wine to pour, wasn’t offered coffee and desserts and had to ask for the plates to be cleared nearly 45 mins after finishing up the food. When you pay close to £80 service charge I reckon it’s ok to expect great service. Sadly it wasn’t! Oh, and the maitre de with the very short hair and red tight/leggings looked us all up and down as we were leaving and then leaned in to her colleague and definitely said something about us. Yes, I spotted that! Your other reviews are very similar to my experience yet you’re doing nothing to fix some of the quick wins eg serving main dishes on side plates felt like I was eating a children’s happy meal. I could go on but given the 6 of us wouldn’t go back, I think this will do. News travels fast between folk in this city, do better quickly Decimo before you’re decimated.

   Extremely disappointing experience. I took a friend there as a celebration for her upcoming wedding. We placed our orders, asked for water and the first surprise- they don’t leave a bottle of water for the table, unless you pay for still water. Every time we wanted water, we had to ask someone to serve it. The issue is that service was super slow, so we basically had to try to get hold of someone whenever we could. Starters arrived, we ate it (super small portions). Mains took 40 minutes to be served, and they served half of the order wrong. Instead of apologising, we were asked “well, do you want to keep it? We are having issues with the gas in the kitchen.” we then asked if they could check how long it would take for the correct order to be served - the waitress then proceeds to take the wrong order with her (without knowing if we would want to keep it). She comes back saying “sorry, it will take a long time.” And then places the plate back on the table. We ate it because that’s what we could get without waiting for another 40 minutes. One of us wanted a dessert- no staff around to collect our plates and give us the menu. After around another 25 minutes, they come round and we asked for the bill as we couldn’t be bothered to wait any longer. I didn’t want to make a fuss in front of my friend as it was meant to be a celebration, so I left feeling like it really spoiled what was meant to be a special evening.
