Chef Drew Deckman proposal is based on sustainability of our ingredients, paying homage to Baja California “Table to the farm”.
Our goal is that our ingredients and products travel less than a zero km to be enjoyed at your table.
The wine, olive oil, eggs, vegetables, flowers , herbs, honey, lamb and vegetables have been produced/raised in this same ranch and family ranches that we own and operate. We proudly celebrate the "Slow Food" philosophy.

    Great food with great service. From appetizers to entrees and desserts everything was super tasty. Everyone is ice and helpful. We have been going there for years and we will continue our tradition!

    Todo delicioso. Solo se ve que tenían prisa por irse y el servicio fue un poco apresurado. Así lo percibimos. Pero la comida y el lugar muy muy bueno!!

    Me sorprendió de muy buena manera las porciones, son bastas! El servicio es muy bueno, te explican todo, desde la comida y sus ingredientes hasta los vinos. Además el tiempo de espera de los platillos fue muy bueno.

    Ir a Deckmans era tener la certeza de comer rico, sin embargo las últimas veces nos ha decepcionado; desde un corte que era mayormente nervio hasta unas codornices y lechón insípidos, desde la presentación poco apetecible al ojo esperando el sabor fuese mejor, sin embargo no lo fue… El servicio y atención es buena… Todo es importante, solo deberían poner atención a lo principal; LA COMIDA Going to Deckmans was to be sure of eating well, however the last few times we have been disappointed; from a cut that was mostly nerve to tasteless quails and suckling pig, from the presentation that was unappealing to the eye, hoping the flavor would be better, however it was not… The service and attention is good… Everything is important, they should only pay attention to the main thing; THE FOOD
