   We were so excited to try this place for our teen son’s birthday. Sadly it was a huge disappointment. The pizza was definitely reheated and not any better than frozen pizza from the grocery store. Our boys are usually big eaters and they were ready to leave pretty quickly. The restaurant ran out of the one pizza (the Nutella dessert pizza) our boys requested a second slice of. The service was decent but food was awful, All in all we were pretty dissatisfied with having gone there for dinner, much less a birthday.

   The food quality was great as usual this was not our first time there, but the service was quite bad. We really didn’t have a waiter and the first one that introduced themselves to us. We had to fly down every time we needed something and we never were offered refills on anything And I had to ask the manager for the check. It wasn’t very busy even for a Saturday night, but no one wanted to service I guess.

   Customer service ruins the entire experience of all-you-can-eat pizza. I've been there three times, and each time, the customer service was absolutely terrible. Starting with an empty reception, you need to find someone to get you a table, otherwise, you will be sitting there for a few minutes, the pizzas take forever to arrive and all the employees seem to have zero customer service training or experience.

   AMAAAAAAAZING experience. Excellent food, perfect slice size to allow you to try all different flavors they have. Absolutely no complains. Their wine selection and price is like no other restaurant around.

   The food is always delicious. The ones bringing around the pizza are always very kind. However, the actual servers leave much to be desired. After delivering the drinks, he disappeared until he thought we were ready for the check. We got offered no refills. When we requested a specific pizza, we had to ask many times for it to come around. Because we were a small party, we got overlooked by a bigger party.

   Deluccas is always a great meal. We are it usually being more busy from our experiences at other locations. Great variety and always hot, there is always a selection of pizzas everyone will enjoy.

    This was our first time going and the menu was not described correctly. Pizzas were described as "personal" pizzas, although it was more of a medium (14"), so we ordered WAY too much food, but all varieties were delicious. I also think they might have been short staffed on waiters/waitresses because it took about 30 minutes after we were done eating to get to go boxes and our check.
