   Such a fun experience and great date night. The lamb and tiki masala are amazing! The cocktails are phenomenal! Already looking forward to dining here again.

   The restaurant is beautiful. However, the service was no different than cicis pizza. You’re forgotten about, the servers passing around pizza bay no attention to your card on the table saying no to service. There is no prebussing, so your table is full with dirty plates, crust, pizza you didn’t finish/didn’t like so it’s a mess. They offer unique pizza options but the flavor is just not there and pretty basic. It’s an experience for one time but they don’t create a reason to go back. Management seemed to not have experience of being a server so it just was a mess.

   Came here for my birthday, and was not recognized at all for the celebration. We never received our meatballs or lobster bisque and had to ask for them after already being served pizza. A glass of ice took asking 3 times and 30+ mins to arrive. Server was obviously overwhelmed during dinner but we were extremely forgotten about for the majority of our meal. It was hard to hear one another or even the servers bringing around pizza. At some point - the food runners just stopped bringing us pizza, even with the card on green. We had to flag them down in order to be served. Probably my worst experience at this location so far and it was a disappointing birthday celebration — unfortunately for us, gratuity was automatic due to my large party, but the service was absolutely terrible.

   The Delucca experience is definitely an experience. All you can eat gourmet pizza that brings table side plus dessert pizza. Only complaint is expect 30-40 minutes after scheduled reservation. We had our reservation at 7:30, we showed up 10 minutes early and didn’t get seated till 8:20 and waiter didn’t come by for another 10-15 minutes.

   Reservation was at 7:15 and we did not get seated until 7:45. They were out of Mahua wine and the Gluten free pizza was not gluten free as my friend had a reaction to the meal. Overall fun environment and experience.

   Nothing really to report. Overall, a bit over rated in my opinion. Had to ask our wait staff to actually have the pizza delivery folks to come to our table. They were by passing and turning as they got to us. Confusing. Been here many times and never experienced this before.
