Demo is a restaurant in the West Village serving modern, Europe-inspired cuisine from Executive Chef Quang Nguyen and Sous Chef Dina Fan. Inventive seasonal dishes—like wax beans with bottarga and boquerones—share the menu with updated classics like beef tongue tonnato, alongside a carefully curated list of wines by glass and bottle. The sleek interior, tastefully adorned with red marble and dark wood, hosts a front bar for walk-ins as well as a chef's counter in the back.

Please note: We are a small restaurant. Reservations in the dining room and at the chef's counter are intended for dinner. For drinks and snacks we accept walk-ins at the front bar. Thank you for your understanding.

Best place for natural wines and delicious food. The service is amazing and the team always takes care of you. I love the mushroom rice and the banana pudding - it’s to die for !

Unreal meal, everything from the apps to the mains was outstanding. Also really loved my two wines. 10/10 meal, already planning on returning.

It was incredible! All dishes were delicious, especially the focaccia, the duck pasta and the desserts (banana pudding and sesame ice cream). Pierre, who was our server, was spectacular!! I went with his recommendation of wine, and he also helped us choose what to get (even though it was hard to narrow down!!)

Enjoyed all the dishes we tried. There’s a good mix of different things to try. Lobster au poivre was the winner. Squid and scallop crudo also great. The chicken was good but not very different than you’d get elsewhere. Great wine list. It’s a little pricey for the portion sizes but overall we really enjoyed !
