   Overall good. Had the porter house for two. Just didn’t like the char on it, but once down to the bone it was good.

   We live in New Orleans and are always spoiled for choice when it comes to special occasions. We chose Desi Vega's for our anniversary this year and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere is classy, but not stuffy. The service could not have been better and the food was outstanding. I couldn't find fault with anything! I would happily go back for an amazing steak!

   When we are in New Orleans we love to go to Desi’s. Tre and DJ always take excellent care of us. The best steaks anywhere in the city. The perfect place for a Monday lunch.

   My party had a wonderful time at Desi Vega's Steakhouse tonight! There were four of us and we each ordered different items, but we all agreed it was a great meal! Don't let the Steakhouse name fool you. My guests had chicken, lamb chops and a filet while I had surf and turf. Everything was great including the sides. Maybe the best Brussel sprouts I have ever had.

    Waiters were horrible except for DJ, he went above and to satisfy us after we told him what was going on. Hate to see that racism still exists in this world, but it is what it is!
