My friend and I frequent Devil's Kitchen often. This time we ordered the salmon entree, had it blackened, along with a wine pairing. Both were cooked to perfection with a great presentation. The salmon melted in our mouths and the top was crispy as requested. We plan to comeback again and again. Our server, Terra, greeted us immediately with a smile and waters, then took our drink orders. The food arrived in a timely manner and Terra checked on us to bring more drinks, refill waters and asked if our entrees were cooked to order. We also saw her helping fellow employees. The supervisor on duty, Heather, also checked on us and we observed her seating customers, taking out food and bussing tables. What a team player!

Had a delicious lunch for my family (7 of us) after my daughter's graduation ceremony at CMU. It was perfect, great drinks, awesome food, beautiful views of the Grand Mesa.

We were celebrating the graduation of our son from CMU. This was our third time dining at DK, it never disappoints. Great food and service!

We found that the dishes were "over sauced" The trout dish and ravioli were both coated in their respective sauce toppings that over whelmed the primary dish to the point of over bearing. You could not taste anything but the sauce. Disappointed. If we return, I would get the salmon.

Dec. 8, 2024 - 4:30 pm reservation: Food/Bar prices: Expensive -- Service: Outstanding -- Starter: Artichoke Dip w/Old World sourdough toasted bread slices: Amazing and mouthwatering Flavors -- Entrees: Bison Tamale (deconstructed dish) was not good - super heavy and dense dish, super bland, but well cooked bison chunks, but vegs whole carrots & fresh cut mushrooms were dryed out, bland, and al dente, along with dense large masa rings on top/bottom. Desert: Climb to Glory (chocolate mousse & chocolate hard pyramid top) had great flavor, very nice desert. French Press Coffee another winner, paired along with the desert was a dining delight. All in all because of the entree we had to rate the food/specialty drinks and the expensive prices a 3 out of a 5.

I made reservations about a week out. I got the last reservation of the night. Restaurant was out of almost everything. Food served was not as ordered. Great location and great ambience, but service was challenging at best. . .😞

This Thanksgiving meal at Devils Kitchen was a huge disappointment. The food was lukewarm warm when it arrived at our table. All the vetables were under cooked barly edible. Even the potatoes were under baked. We received a dry roll with no butter. The entire meal was unappetizing.. For the amount of money I paid. It was truly a rip off.

Our server, Michelle, was amazing. The food was perfect. Turkey isn’t easy for restaurants, but it was exactly right. Every time we visit, we wonder why we don’t come more frequently.

Food was very good and quick to come out: however, we were also there for a special holiday dining event with a specific menu. Good portions for the cost. Server was very friendly and upbeat. Very attentive to our needs, though just a little slower to respond towards end of our meal. We have dined here a few times before and have always had a good experience. Will definitely return and also recommend to others.
