We strive to serve exquisite food and give excellent service. Dillard's specializes in traditional American steakhouse fare including Filets, New York Strips, Ribeye's, Wagyu, and more. Our side dishes range from Lobster Macaroni and Cheese to Garlic Smashed Potatoes, and are portioned to be shared with others at your table. The wine list is both exceptional and unique to this town as we tend to find wines that other dining establishments haven’t yet discovered. We had lunch reservations. We arrived and the restaurant was not half full with plenty of seating. We waited a few minutes and had to track down someone to help us. We were handed menus and told to sit wherever we wanted. We sat for 5 minutes with no service then realized that no one in the restaurant has food on their tables and were also looking around for sservers. We got up and left. This was very disappointing after the great dining experience we had at the Dillard's location in Tuscaloosa. Sadly we will not be back. Also, the lunch menu that we were handed is completely different from the menu available online. There were very limited options.

Unfortunately this was not the experience expected..Reservation was at 7:30…took thirty minutes to receive drinks.Food took over an hour and was not good…Lamb-chops raw and the salmon was over cooked…There were maybe eight customers total (4 of them were my party)…Two chefs,two bartenders ,waitress and shift manager(?)….and I believe he was setup for failure…Not a complainer but I love dining and love to give new spots an opportunity however I have never had an experience like this…Oh yeah,we got a $4.80 discount because the lamb chops were raw.I

Upon our arrival no one was there to greet customers,after running down an employee to check-in for our reservation we were told all reservations were cancelled as the whole restaurant had been booked for larger groups! I received no email,phone call or text message to inform me of the cancellation.

This establishment had over reserved the restaurant. When we arrived, our reservation was not honored as they said they had a large group coming. We were seated at the bar and they were so busy there was hardly any service. The food was okay but took forever. Maybe it was just a bad night but given it was in a Marriott hotel I was very disappointed.

Short on staff so poor service - our server was working hard. Slow to order. Expensive steak was cold on arrival. Side item was cold. A waste of money

Had reservation for 6 pm before the 8 pm basketball game at Legacy Arena. Showed up at 5:55 pm and they had no waiters and were told that we wouldn’t be able to be seated for 30-60 min which obviously wouldn’t work. We ended up going down the street. My suggestion to the restaurant is get off of Open Table and close the doors until you get your staff together. You are doing yourself more harm than good.
