Inspired by The Standells' 1960s hit "Dirty Water," Dirty Water Dough Co. brings you the best of Boston's culinary heritage. Our secret? We use home-brewed Dirty Water IPA in our pizza dough, a nod to the days when Bostonians used beer instead of the famously polluted Charles River water for baking. Our hand-stretched pies, baked to thin and crispy perfection, feature our beer-infused dough, special spice blend, and unique flavors. Dirty Dough is not just pizza—it's a taste of Boston history.
