   The food was very good! We both ordered 8 oz Cajun seasoned filets (medium & well done) they both arrived cooked as ordered, and they had us check before leaving the table, which was fabulous. The truffle fries and garlic mashed potatoes 😋😋 were so good. We had also shared a crème brûlée dessert, as it was my partners birthday they put a little candle on it for him, which I thought was super cute. Our waitress was super nice and came to check on us often. It was not super busy, so it was a pretty low noise volume. Both the restaurant & bathroom were clean. A note to mention this place is inside Kalahari resort, so your pricing expectations should be set for not only a steakhouse but one that is also located inside of a family resort as well. All in all, though, we left very happy and would dine here again.

   First time I’ve been here and it wasn’t for New Year’s Eve. Food was not great for the price. Lamb chops were overcooked, sides were dry and severely lack seasoning and the rib eye lacked seasoning as well. Probably won’t be back.

   Atmosphere was amazing and the food was amazing! The server was very nice and knowledgeable ! I would definitely come here again. I would recommend dressing up though to match the atmosphere!

   We arrived a little early for our 830 reservations and was told that there are reservations a head of us but we could grab a seat at the bar or by the piano and they would come find us. Cool, sounded great. We went to the bar and waited, had a drink, waited….nothing. About 15 minutes past the reservation time (and they were NOT crowded) I sent my husband to go follow up. Oh I forgot was the response he was greeted with and then we were seated. Simply not doing the job is what it seemed. The food was really good, I got the filet , it was medium as requested and it was nice that they asked me to checked that it looked properly cooked before he left. It was good but nothing to write home about. My husband got the scrimp with crab meat and the lobster mac n’ cheese. He really enjoyed the mac n’ cheese and the portion was good for the price. Our waitress Amber was excellent!! She was so sweet and made recommendations and very knowledgeable about the food. She came to check on us a few time and was so sweet.

   We were really hopeful about this place. We were in the poconos for 2 nights and thought we would treat ourselves to a nice meal. We booked Double Cut and thought it was a fun vibe when we got there. Service was great but the food was subpar to say the least. Nothing was seasoned. My husband’s $58 filet looked like boiled meat, no seasoning, no char, still overcooked. Everyone’s steak was overcooked. The lobster Mac n cheese had full croutons on top rather than breadcrumbs, making it difficult to eat. For the amount of money they charged, we were expecting 5 star dining with excellent food and honestly, this place was not it. I wish I was able to leave a better review but please know going into this restaurant, you will absolutely be overpaying for what you get.

   We LOVE this place! It never disappoints. Excellent, friendly service with a nice atmosphere. Kristen was our server and she was awesome!

   Our server Shawn was outstanding! While waiting for our desserts he showed us a card trick none of us could debunk how he did it! Truly made our night 10/10!
