   The food had no flavor like it was cooked with no passion mashed potatoes where dry and plan no seasoning. The lobster Mac n cheese no flavor lobster was dry . In total it was a bad choice to celebrate a birthday over food .

   Decided to go here for dinner after a TikTok review and it did not disappoint. Our waiter Werbin was very attentive. He gave great recommendations when it came to food and drinks. Everything came out in a timely manner. The food was hot and fresh. I would definitely come back here.

   We had a nice night. We went for my husband’s birthday. We wanted to take our time and relax. We had a very nice server with a trainer. We ordered two appetizers that were delicious. My husband ordered center rib eye, I had the scallops, we each ordered a side. The scallops were excellent. My husband’s steak was cooked right but had no tast. Until the dinners were served our serves were very attentive. No one ever came to ask how the food was. My husbands steak had no taste at all but he ate it bc no one came to us for 45 min. Finally the trainee asked us how the food was. We explained food was done but the steak was bland and not great..she said she would come back, never did. Eventually the bartender asked how we were doing and if wanted dessert, we explained the situation. She sent the manager over to go we explained the steak was cooked rigjt but had no flavor. They then handed us the same bill that we had to begin w. I went up to bar and spoke to bartender again.. at this point it was the point that no one asked how the food was the whole time we are but yet didn’t care once we said it wasn’t great/ yes my husband ate bc he was hungry and no one came to us for a long time. Overall place is. Ice but this was a dead Sunday great service to begin with but at the end not so hot. They wound up taking the steak off but we felt like it was our fault. $300 bill we shouldn’t be treated like shot!!

   The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. Our waiter failed to provide any food recommendations and, when asked, simply stated that his tastes was different. It took over 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. It was my wife’s 30th birthday, and I made sure to inform the waiter and note it during the reservation. Unfortunately, while other tables received birthday songs, we were completely overlooked, which was disappointing.

   We were excited to celebrate my daughter’s birthday at double cut. We had been there two years before and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and service has gone down significantly, and the experience was less than ideal. There is sushi listed on the meal, but it’s clear that whoever is making it has no expertise in it. The spicy tuna is way too spicy and the rice was not sushi rice. I ordered a baked potato that came out lukewarm. I sent it back and they heated it up in the microwave and served it to me again. It was still lukewarm. The asparagus were overcooked and limp. The dumplings were covered in mayonnaise. Anytime we commented or asked to change something, there was attitude and a lack of understanding. Our waiter was very nice, but he was training and didn’t have any answers to our questions and had to check back with the person who was training with him, which made our meal last twice as long. The only thing that was taken off of the bill was the dumplings. We were charged for everything else, though we did not eat it. Overall disappointing meal for my daughter‘s birthday. I would not go back for the price we paid. It was a huge disappointment.

   Found this gem through google search, so happy we ended up eating here. The food is outstanding and so is the service. Our waitress Cameron was excellent, she was truly perfect and made our experience even better! My boyfriend and I got sea bass and filet mignon and both were cooked perfectly. Also the drinks were amazing! The had a piano & genetlmen singing , which he was also really good. Experience 10/10 would totally recommend here if your in the area!!

   I ordered a rack of lamb. I ordered it medium. Well it came to me rare I ordered well done broccoli and asparagus. I received crunchy broccoli and salty asparagus for the price of the food. It was not cooked to my specifications. I won’t try it again.

   We went to double cut for a birthday dinner! We had Kyle as our server and we literally loved him! He was genuinely amazing!! Super personable, professional, and prompt! The vibe of the restaurant was cool and upscale!! It gave a very boujee ambiance and was the perfect setting for a good night out/fine dining experience! However the food was just okay! The sides were bland and the ribeye was mainly fat! The French onion soup was good, and so were the truffle fries!

    The food was great, a little pricey but worth it. Our waiter, Noah, was great and very attentive. His suggestions for side dishes were very good. He was such a pleasure to have for our first time at Double Cut Steakhouse! Will definitely come again.
