   The brunch was awful. To put the Warren Duck Club name on this affair is a travesty. The food was cold and picked over. By the time we arrived, the buffet had not been refreshed in a few hours and it was beyond edible. The staff was outstanding! They solved a problem we had in securing a rolling chair to transport our elderly guest to the parking garage. My mother in law was eternally grateful for their kindness. As a Hilton Club Diamond Member of long standing I was impressed with their commitment to serving us. I was not happy that the escalator was not working or that the hotel did not have a wheelchair. Granted I am used to my home base at the Hilton Club Midtown NYC, but every hotel has the minimum amount of amenity accommodation. Overall, I give the staff an A and the culinary staff a C with a caveat that it is time for a refresh on consistency and presentation.

   We recently attended a Mother’s Day brunch advertised as being held at the Warren Duck Club. Excited to treat my mother at a venue known for its quality and ambiance, we were disappointed to find the event actually took place in a large hotel ballroom. While the food was satisfactory, the setting was loud and lacked the special atmosphere we expected. It felt like a generic hotel event, not the unique experience we were anticipating. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this event in the future.

   Only reason for the low rating was the price of the brunch for what you got. $80 a person was outrageous for what they served. This is extremely overpriced and would not recommend at that price point. Subpar breakfast foods.

   No valet for the hotel available. The tables were very close together and it felt strange eating so close to other couples especially on valentines. The lighting is also awkward. This lighting is the wrong color for eating. White lighting, maybe 5100 kelvin color. Everyone’s face looked like they were zombies. The service was very slow and inexperienced. The food was terrible and bland. Very surprised and upset with this experience. This used to be a great place a decade ago.

   The atmosphere and desert was good. The duck appetizer was bland and the entrée was under cooked. Service was good other than the waiter was very soft spoken and hard to hear.

    Cornish hen was not done. Duck salad was meh Cheese cake had been sitting out warm Waiters didn't know what they were doing. Tried to skip serving my wife entree. Parking slip didn't work had to pay for free parking to get out. Center piece flower was nice. Glad to pay to get away from place.
