We were worried after reading some reviews online of the Christmas Dinner menu but our food was really delicious. Sally was our server and she was great! Really attentive. The short ribs were delicious, as was the pecan pie. If you're thinking about going to WDC for dinner, I encourage you to go.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Cocktails were watered down, never received one appetizer and two entrees. Service was bad and most food was over cooked with no flavor.

35 minutes to get a glass of water - a cold appetizer once it came and a 3 course 3 hour dinner is great but not because of the level of service. Food was lukewarm - The decor by Amber Marie was amazing

Very limited dinner menu, unlike the old Warren Duck Club. Had a waiter that appeared to be new at waiting and tried his best to serve us. The kitchen messed up our order and the waiter kept apologizing but it wasn’t his fault. Bar staff a little slow in getting drinks out

Where to begin… The one star is for the beautiful decoration and nothing else. It was confusion from the beginning when our host offered us either a lunch menu or dinner menu despite showing up for a 6 o’clock dinner reservation. The dinner menu was the expected “season to sparkle” menu while the lunch menu was the generic, year-round menu. The host showed us our table and asked what we would like to drink and if we would like to order any appetizers before we had a chance to look at the menu, let alone sit down, so we asked for just a minute. This was a mistake. Our waitress didn’t appear for about 15 minutes. She was kind and very sweet but she had no knowledge of the menu and couldn’t answer any questions. None of the three appetizers on the menu - a soup, a shrimp on a crostini, and a salad - were shareable so we chose to order chips and salsa from the lunch menu. About another 15 minutes later they arrived and to our surprise it seemed to just be store-bought tortilla chips and Great Value salsa from a jar at Walmart. The $15 sugar cookie martinis showed up next and were probably the highlight of the meal, which is not a recommendation to order it. The drink itself was tasty but simple with no complexity. The glass was rimmed in what again tasted just like store-bought vanilla frosting and coated with rainbow sprinkles with a tiny candy cane hanging from the rim. Remove the vodka and it would have been fit for a child’s birthday party. My friend and I ordered the free-range chicken and another friend ordered the cod. For $25, this was the biggest letdown. The spottily cooked chicken had skin on some parts and not on others, was dry, chewy, and bland. The weird science experiment of gray, gloopy, and rubbery mashed potatoes underneath the chicken should never be served again, anywhere. The one piece of broccolini on the side was the best part of the dish, sadly. Be warned that you are paying for the ambiance and hopefully you won’t be disappointed as we were.

What a great experience! The staff was amazing and provided the best service. I was treating my parents to an early Christmas gift and they were blown away. They both said it was a lunch they would never forget!

Was disappointed in the selection of entrees. Expected to see ham as a choice. Looked like they ran out of turkey. The prime rib was very dry. I don't know what the other beef choice was, but was not impressed. Then there was some sort of taco bar? Not very traditional. Had to track someone down to get initial drink and refills. The sides were on a table away from the meat station, so if you didn't see it, you missed it. I watched them refill the lettuce and having been in the food industry; it would have been nice if that lettuce had been washed in ice water to crisp it up rather than right out of the bag. Have been there before, but this was very disappointing, we probably won't choose this again.

Not what we expected for Warren Duck club, should have described the setting, expected a more elegant setting. Large room, circular tables, reminiscent of convention hall or mess hall eating. Turkey and roast beef were good although mostly cold. Dessert stations were mostly empty, pie was straight out of the refrigerator.

It was banquet atmosphere which is expected. But, to feed several hundred people and have only one person carving turkey and one person carving beef doesn't make sense to me. The result is extremely long lines of diners waiting in line to get food. That would have been avoided with a couple more carvers serving the diners. McDonalds figured this out years ago.
