                                                              Always a fantastic experience at Dovetail! The cocktails were exquisite and the bang bang shrimp were to die for. We were blown away at the Brussel sprouts our server recommended and were fighting over the remaining ones. We ended the night with their lemon tiramisu and had a fantastic time. We weren’t rushed, our conversation was great, had amazing service, and we will definitely be back!

                                                              I had an amazing dining experience at Dovetail! The food was absolutely delicious—one of the best meals I've had in Vancouver in a long time. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The service was also excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

                                                              Typically I have been really impressed with icon restaurants but Dovetail didn’t wow me like other Opentable icon. The service was mixed, the hostess were very warm and welcoming, and initially the servers ( bar) were attentive but then its just stopped. I had the steelhead which was a nice portion and cooked to perfection, the lemon tiramisu was also good. Eventually I got another server that assisted me well. Good but not Great

                                                              Nice simple menu with sufficient choices. Food was tasty, service excellent. The place is extremely noisy, would recommend some acoustic treatment.

                                                              The chicken parmesan is the best. The pastas, cocktails and salads were great. Service was also very good. Highly recommend this restaurant.
