   Joshua was the best! His knowledge and personality made my husband’s 45th birthday an absolutely wonderful vibe. Thank you so much for providing such wonderful service and food!

   Drake’s on Christmas Eve was not a great experience. My steak was overcooked, the crab cake was not good, and the server didn’t refill my beverage once the entire evening. I finally had to ask him to fill my glass again. When I told him my steak was way overcooked and burned, he apologized but didn’t offer to make it right. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the ambience is delightful. The server really did not deserve the gratuity, but it was the right thing for me to do. It’s Christmas, after all.

   Food isn’t great and they pack your leftovers in cheap paper boxes- they sent me home with someone else’s food. I thought that was very disgusting. I think they should pay better attention to whos food is who’s. Also instead of me enjoying my steak and being able to even photograph my food they made me cut my steak open to make sure it was made to my liking. I understand the thought process but it took me off guard it was very demanding I should not have had to do that on the spot. I went for my husbands birthday and the only time they mentioned this was a birthday dinner at check in…. I had better food but the appetizer was great I had the truffle fries

   I had the please of going to Drake’s for a birthday dinner. I want to start off by saying I love Drake’s. It’s a beautiful restaurant, delicious food, and small/intimate inside. Our server was amazing as well. We ordered the strawberry cake for the bday dessert and unfortunately the cake was NOT good at all ! This was the first. Not sure if it was old or sat out too long or what but it was disappointing & this was the first. Also, reservations were made over 1 month out & requested to have the tables near to one another & we received the total opposite lol our tables were far away from each other. Upsetting that we couldn’t get accommodated especially with way advance notice. Other than those 2 issues we enjoyed ourselves.

    The dress code is not enforced and so the vibe in the restaurant is trashy. Baggy pants with boxers showing, neck tattoos, etc. The food is average at best but quite expensive. Not worth it.
