   Our first time at Dram Yard and it was just about perfect. We moved here from SF and we thought we were back in the city — the ambience is super cool but not overstated, they don’t cram tables too close together, and the service is outstanding. On second thought, it’s better than SF, where even the best places can be too crowded and noisy. The food was superb. We started with local oysters served with fried Saltines. Who knew? Oysters were fresh and clean done in a pear mignonette. They were quickly followed by the tuna tartare tostada and the brusssel sprouts, crispy and spicy. Then we moved to the spicy noodles, which came with a side of poached egg wrapped in kimchi. The flavors were amazing. One of the stars of the night was the duck confit, served in a delicate green sauce with scallion pancakes, which we used to wrap pieces of duck that fell off the bone. Deep umami flavors here. The chicken and dumplings have to eaten to be believed, especially the touch-of-genius addition of crispy chicken skin. The Scottish salmon was perfectly cooked, with a broiled-top finish. We finished with a slice of the chocolate torte served with Grenache, plus four forks. It was perfect. The wine list wasn’t deep, but very good. We loved the bottle of Oregon Chardonnay we had with the meal. The after-dinner espresso martini was the bomb — simply made with vodka, espresso and Demerara. Everything served family style, so it’s such a great experience having everyone at the table eat and experience the same things. Our server was smart and attentive. We spent three hours over dinner and could easily have stayed for one more. Highly recommended.

   Loved the entire experience. The decor was great and unique. The staff was welcoming and professional and the food was insanely good. We enjoyed the local oysters, Beef Tartar, She crab soup , smash burger with Truffle fries and Shrimp & Grits. No room for desert this time so we will plan for that next time.

   Was a quiet Sunday brunch at the restaurant. Very professional staff and a great vibe to the place. Good value and will return for a dinner.

   This is a favorite of ours! We bought my parents who were visiting. They loved it! Fun cocktails and the family style was perfect for both getting to try different options and portions! Our waitress was great! Music was a little loud but didn’t interrupt conversation!

   Everything was wonderful! Very cute decor. Loved the firepits. My husband loved his cocktail! Everything we ordered was exceptional. My husband & I shared the Brussel sprouts (omg!!), tuna tartare, Salmon entree & burger. We finished it off with a chocolate tart & affagotto with caramel icecream(and mini rolos)...delish! A++

   Dram yard’s creative & intentional menus were such a treat. The staff paid excellent attention to detail: cocktail modifications, food allergies, etc. They serve Antipodes water from New Zealand, which set the bar high from the very start. Our server (Maya?) was outstanding, she helped pace our food perfectly since we elected for a family style meal. My family’s favorite dishes were the pork chop and the shrimp and grits- the grits had an incredible mushroom curry sauce that elevated a common southern dish into something incredible. Highly highly recommend, we will be back!

    I have always loved the Dram yard, the bartender is outstanding. The food presentation seemed off, sloppy and not of their standards. Overall it is a phenomenal restaurant.
