   The service was exceptional. The $120 steak and lobster had no flavor, the TINY filet mignon was only about 1/2 thick, small enough to completely hide under the lobster tail and was over cooked. For the price they could afford a real steak and some seasoning.

   We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday with a delicious dinner and dessert. The staff was very professional and attentive starting with the hostess, Gabby. Our waiter, Alex, was great, we will definitely be back and request Alex. My adult children were very impressed with him and the atmosphere.

   I ordered the Ribeye medium. It looked more like rare. The overall flavor was pretty good, but definitely not worth the $59 price. I got a much much better steak just the way I order it at Nuevo Vallarta Mexican restaurant in Minden for about half the price. Duke's was an overall pleasant experience, but I'm not likely to return. Overall, it's not worth the money spent for what you get!

   Really lovely. Impressive service from Allen! Beautiful room. Wish you could avoid entry through nasty smoky casino. Use side entrance- it helps! Food was great. My daughter had prime rib steak, loaded baker and salad. Huge! I had braised shortrib mashed potatoes and creamy potato soup. Again, huge and tasty. Could do without addition of brandy etc in soup and sauces. Unnecessary and not to my taste. All their ingredients are so fresh that those additions just don’t improve flavor. Bread was warm and fresh, Himalayan salted. Really wonderful sourdough and brown bread. Crème brûle was beautiful and tasty, but again, quit with touch of brandy. Took away from an almost perfect dessert. Loved the little rolled cookie. My daughter loved her lemon drop martini, shaken and poured tableside. My iced tea was refilled repeatedly. Very nice dinner and very fair value for what you get.

   It was our first time experiencing Dukes and it was absolutely perfect. Everything about our visit was great. Alex was our server and he was great and professional and we had a great time. We will be back.

   Amazing food and service! I had the Filet and Lobster and it was cooked to perfection. Steak was so tender I didn’t even need to use my steak knife! I have only lived out here for a little over a year but I have to say this was the BEST Lobster I have had in Northern Nevada! We have been to Duke’s several times and service and food is always on point.

    Food was amazing. Alex was our server, he was very knowledgeable and great at his job. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I do recommend the crab cake as an app. Thank you guys for the great meal and great service. Will be back and highly recommend.
