   The “service” was terrible. It seemed like there were two order takers but no actual servers. The runners had no idea what table or what guest the food they were taking belonged to. The food was average AT BEST and WAY too expensive for the quality we were served. For example:$6 for 2 slices of average bacon, $14 for 2 glasses of ice with some passion fruit juice on it, $11 for a single slice of french toast with a dollop of whipped cream and a teaspoon of Nutella, $22 for chicken and waffles (served with grilled chicken and soggy waffles). In summary, the place is beautiful but the food was mid and expensive, and the service was awful. 3/10

   El gerente Pablo tiene un A plus en el trato al cliente. Definitivamente que regresaremos. La comida deliciosa y el lugar hermoso. Más atención en el baño con el reemplazo del jabón y el papel.

   The restaurant is beautiful. Food was good. Friendly staff, nonetheless after ordering and bringing the food, totally forgot about us. Had to ask three times to staff to bring us water, when finally came, not enough for all. The restaurant was packed, maybe needs more staff.

   In summary: The decor is very nice, the food was mostly good, but service was below average. The Queen madame and pastrami grilled cheese were delicious. The mushroom risotto was 3/10 at best. It did not taste like mushroom risotto, it tasted more like peppers. Gonzalo, the assistant waiter, did a great job and most of the work. The lead server was barely attentive. We had to call somebody else on multiple occasions to order food and to get drinks when the food arrived. One of our member’s drink arrived after about 15-20 minutes, after the main course was eaten.

   Fue excelente. El lugar hermoso, mesera muy atenta y buena limpieza. La porción de la comida debe ser un poco más. Recomiendo el lugar.

    Last night, we celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere is spectacular, perfect for special occasions. We started with a coffee that, without exaggeration, was the best I’ve had in a long time (10/10). We both chose the churrasco with risotto, and every bite was delicious. However, the highlight of the evening was the service: an incredibly attentive staff who gave us excellent recommendations and ended the night by surprising us with a chocolate cake decorated with a heart in honor of our celebration. Without a doubt, a place we want to visit again.
