   Service and food were excellent. The noise level was insane. Not the restaurants fault but truly irritating. Several large boisterous tables and two different families who literally let the children scream. So frustrating

   We have been to E3 for happy hour many times during our trips to Steamboat. Tonight was the first time we had dinner and it was fabulous!! Service and the things we ordered were perfect!!

   Really underwhelming considering the price. Food was edible, but not what one would expect from an expensive “chophouse” wedge salad was good. Steak was no better than averagelamb chops were poorly cooked. Sides looked a lot better on the menu than how the tasted. Service was amateurish, but at least friendly like everyone around here. This place had aspen prices , but everything after that was middle America amateur hometown restaurant. Very disappointing for how well they market themselves.

   First time visiting E3 and it did not disappoint! From the bacon wrapped dates appetizer, amazing wedge salad, to the signature chops from their own farm in Kansas!! Service and staff were incredible and wine list was on point. We will definitely be back!!

   If this was a steakhouse in Kansas City it wouldn’t last a month. Had really high hopes even though a few locals told us it wasn’t very good. In hindsight we should have listened to their advice. We aren’t picky people but we know beef and this wasn’t worth the price.
