   Since we were a little early for Happy Hour some of our gang tried the Brunch Menu this time and were very impressed with the wonderful breakfast food! We will probably try it again some time... It just seemed a little noisy this time but everything was great as usual.... Heidi

   The food is great but I ordered the noddle salad with tuna and they forgot the tuna. I only noticed after the server left the table and she didn't return. It was quite busy, but that shouldn't be an excuse. Usually the service is much better and faster. Not so today.

   Great experience! It was my husband's birthday brunch. They had a hand written birthday card for him and a free dessert after our meal. Our server, Mina, was exceptional with the right amount of service and congeniality. Food was well presented and tasty. Highly recommend.

   Unfortunately upon our prompt arrival for our reservation we had to wait 20 mins before someone came to our table to offer us anything to drink. We had ordered some appetizers & requested one thing 1st since we had a small child that required something to eat fairly quickly. We were told it was last call for HH so was advised to order before it ended. So we proceeded to order quite a few food items expecting to have a few things staggered. Well, everything came at once it was too much and very overwhelming. There was no space on the table and felt like we were being rushed out. It was a special & sensitive occasion which was mentioned at the time of booking. Although the waiter was pleasant he was not very present & we felt neglected. Perhaps he had too many tables and not able to keep up, nonetheless it wasn’t a great dining experience very upsetting & disappointing overall.

   Our server (Callum) was excellent. Attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful. Food was good and we managed to take advantage of some Happy Hour specials

   I had planned this outing with my girlfriends about a week ago, looking forward to a great experience. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I ordered the Santa Fe salad, but it didn’t taste as good as it usually does, and they even forgot to include the chicken. On top of that, the overall service was slow and inattentive, which made the experience frustrating. I was expecting the same quality and hospitality I’ve enjoyed before, but this time, it fell short.

   Our experience overall was great.Our server Martina and her associate were great and very attentive. My only complaint was the fries were a little cold but I didn’t want to mention it as I knew the restaurant was extremely busy and my burger was warm and flavourful. My wife and I were very pleased with the whole experience. We will definitely be back.

   It was amazing! I had an amazing time tonight! I came to Earls in West Vancouver with my parents to celebrate my mom’s birthday. I’m glad we went there. Everything was awesome! Our server was excellent. His name is Connor, and he is top notch. He is excellent at his job. Thank you for an amazing night! My mom is very happy and my dad and I’m very grateful.
