   Celebrating a friends birthday and there was a dessert and signed card given to my friend which was a very nice touch. Great and friendly staff. Potatoes were awesome!!.

   Very beautiful decor and happy vibe within the restaurant. The dishes can be on the pricier side, but the truffle tortellini was to die for. Not too loud at all too!

   Juan was absolutely amazing! We had some friends from out of town and we wanted them to experience Earls. They couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved it and how great our server was. Thank you for a truly fantastic experience Juan!!

   I made a reservation to be seated on patio and was told I couldn’t sit there and was seated in another location after getting a call in the morning stating we were still able to sit outside on the patio. Our waiter forgot our drinks twice and forgot utensils after appetizers.

   The food, atmosphere, and service are how they’ve always been—exceptional. Unfortunately, however, one of the best menu items, the Yucatán tacos, were replaced with a 4 taco menu. While the new tacos are generally great additions, the replacement Pollo tacos don’t come close to how great they used to be as a result of the new ingredients, chicken cut, and, most importantly, the overall spice lacking. The new side choice for the tacos was appreciated, but bring the Yucatán back!

    It was just okay. The waiter frowned and was obviously not happy when only half out party ordered drinks initially. He was attentive and his inconsistent attitudes were felt. Two people in our party didn’t order drinks until the main course was served. When they did, we got a genuine smile. The rice served with one meal was so dry and there was barely any of the sauce that went with it on the plate. It took too long to find our waiter anywhere to ask for more. Food was really just okay - nothing to get excited over. Waiter was again excited when we ordered dessert. The dessert was the only dish worthy of praise. I shared the gluten-free chocolate cake with my husband and we both thought it was great.
