   I brought my dad to this location last year for his birthday and he enjoyed it so much that we came back this year. We even had the same server as last time. The service was top-notch and the server made my dad feel special for his birthday. He made my Dad’s day. The bite of Burnaby menu was great and all the food was amazing.

   Overall food was fair and familiar but uninspired. Earls is Earls. Service was attentive at the beginning but then slowly waned as the afternoon progressed. A big-box restaurant chain that you can rely on for half-decent food and service. Side note: bathrooms are beautiful.

   We waited 45 minutes for our food. When it arrived it was barely luke warm. Side salad had zero salad dressing

   Love the ambiance at Earls Brentwood. Everyone is super friendly and the restaurant is super clean. Really like the decor and vibe of the place. Food was superb. The oysters were fresh and the rest of the food was so good. The calamari and burgers were perfectly cooked and delicious. Our waitress Hayley was fantastic. Five star service. She was efficient and friendly put us at ease and took great care of us. Really went out of her way to provide wonderful service. Thank you Hayley , and everyone else at Earls Brentwood. À special thank you to the kitchen staff who turn out such delicious food. We love Earls Brentwood. Next time we are going to try the brunch.

    Celebrating a birthday lunch. Shannon was our waitress, she was just wonderful! Fun, sweet and knowledgeable! Our food was perfect! Salad and salmon, might sound boring but it was anything but. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. The salad had the right amount of dressing (most don’t want an overdressed salad). Beautiful sunny room! Thank you Earl’s you never disappoint
