   Salmon was overdone and too salty. Stake and sushi was below average, sushi shown in the picture is totally different then what we got and was hard like rock. Jumbo crab cakes also had too much salt in it. Food quality is below average for the price.

   We had extremely attentive service throughout our visit! The manager introduced herself and welcomed us. She offered her business card after my friend inquired about whether or not they were hiring students. Our food was delicious and they helped us take care of our bill promptly as we had to move on to catch a show. I look forward to returning to this location very soon! Well done Earls!

   Really great first experience at this Earls! Service was excellent from the moment we walked through the door, and our server (Brittany) was the best! She was attentive, patient, and super engaging and smiley. Every person we interacted with was great. Our dinners and drinks were all really delicious. I ordered my steak blue rare and it was cooked perfectly. Really enjoyed chatting with the manager as well. The only comment we all had was that the place was excessively hot inside. This was not helped by the fact that it was super crowded. We would suggest lowering the heat a bit, both for the customers and the staff. We will absolutely be back and look forward to trying more food and cocktails. We have been to several Earls and we thought the service and food here was the best out of the ones we have tried.

   We made a reservation and yet we still had to wait. Original table was beside the kitchen and an open door used for take out orders. We had to request one of the many other open tables. This took away from our overall experience. The waitress and food was fantastic and redeemed the experience for us.

   Earls at grand view corners was great! It was a very busy night there was only reservations for the bar available online. We were group of 6 with 2 kids we asked if there was any chance we could get a table instead. The staff made it happen right away they were all super attentive and friendly and made sure there was always drinks on the table. 5 Star service! Definitely going back more often i recommend to everyone.

   The day manager couldn’t have been more attentive! We had the most lovely New Year’s Day brunch! Food and service were perfect!

    I ordered a bottle of wine but it was served in a decanter without informing me. Another staff member placed the decanter on the table and left without explaining what was inside. Very disappointing. I understand it was a busy night, the overall service fell short. Cactus Club has higher standards.
