   Steak was made wrong asked for medium well - it was bleeding on plate Ordered ginger ale and got apple juice No taste to roast beef sandwich Way to loud Server was inexperienced, not attentive to needs, could not hear,l what he was saying Celebrated birthday - no complimentary dessert for birthday girl after spending $400+ on bill Asked for salt and pepper - took 15 mins to get Sangria had no fruit in it

   As always, Earl’s is a solid choice for dinner out. The food is always great, good quality, the drinks are always fantastic and the service is top tier.

   Eating out everywhere is quite expensive today, it’s nice to be able to enjoy happy hour for a small discount.

   We both had the set menu Valentine's special. Every course was exceptional other than my husband's oyster Appy the oysters were very small. My crab cake was the best I have ever had. Our mains..steak, potatoes and veggie were cooked perfectly..rare as requested. The desert..sticky toffee pudding with ice cream and berries was just the right size to end a substantial meal. It was delicious as well. Service was very good. No complaints. Fairly expensive but worth every dollar!

   We've been big fans of Earl's since we were dating in Vancouver (1996)! Now living in Ontario, Earls is our go-to for special occassions even though it's a 35 minute drive to the London location. The service and food are consistantly great. Thanks!

   We made reservations which they had trouble finding despite my responses to reminders. The noise level was loud, but tolerable. The food was not as expected. Steaks were tasty but tough.
