   Consistently a pleasurable experience with great service, food and ambiance. Dining Room area is our go to but, if you want a bit more energy ask for a table in the lounge area; solarium is also lively and great on a blue sky day. The pressed sushi and calamari are always great to start; Cajun chicken is always a favourite (can order as a main, with ribs, as the Santa Fe Salad or add to other salads and you can still get it off menu as a sandwich). Tuna Poke is a favourite during lunch. When in doubt ask the servers, as they are well trained and immersed in the menu. For routine diners they also refresh seasonally, which is fun to try new items.

   Rowan was an absolute delight! From the moment we sat down, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their warm personality and genuine care for our experience truly stood out. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their positive energy made our meal even more enjoyable.    I usually enjoy this restaurant, but this location was a huge disappointment. I had a reservation for 4:30 PM, and after being seated, no server came to take our order. We waited for 20 minutes before I had to ask another server for help. She went to find our assigned server but came back saying she couldn’t find them and offered to take our order instead. While she was somewhat helpful, the overall service was still lacking. To make things worse, other guests who arrived at the same time as us left angry because nobody attended to them either. It seemed like there were no servers in the restaurant at all. The lack of organization and poor service completely ruined the experience. Definitely not coming back to this location.

   We always like to come to Earls for the food, but the service is one thing that can be improved. It is slow even when it’s not crowded.

   When making my reservation I had asked for the solarium as it was our friends birthday and we wanted a nice dinner a little away from the bar as it’s usually louder around there. I’m not sure why the option wasn’t saved. As when we arrived we got seated in the darkest area of the restaurant and we couldn’t even read the menu. Talked to host and she said my reservation didn’t say anything about location and the solarium is for larger groups, and us only being 4 ppl we wouldn’t be able to go there…. Interesting sure to a couple 4 tops being in the area and some had only 2 people sitting there. I asked to be moved literally anywhere else then as we couldn’t read menus due to poor lighting and they set a table for us, waiting with no food menus for 20 minutes And constantly had to search for our server so we could ask for another drink. We do visit quite frequently so it was a little bit of a let down when for a special event it didn’t run so smoothly. Staff was friendly atleast

    The ambience of this location is great, whether you want bar seating or dining room. We go to Earl’s often and love the food and consistency of service. We had a mix up with our order the last time we went, and the manager did an excellent job sorting things. A great Earl’s experience once again :)
