Went for happy hour with a reservation, but ended up having to wait 20 minutes past to get a table. But the hostess was providing Prosecco for everyone waiting, which made the wait a little more enjoyable. Got seated and it took 20+ minutes to get water, and our server was pretty much non-existent. They forgot to bring out a food item I ordered and still got charged on my bill. Only saving grace was food & value for money.

Not bad. Our server was hustling kitchen messed up my order overall it was alright for what it was. Margaritas are always top drawer. Never change them.

Location is great, lots of parking. Restaurant is clean, not too loud, so we could talk and hear our conversation. Food was fresh and delicious, service was very good.

Went to celebrate our daughter's birthday and the service really made it for us. Our server was not only attentive but very charming. The food, as always, was excellent. Cocktails where great and overall a lovely evening!

I had planned a special evening with my friends for a very special friend of mine for her bday. It was 13 of us and we all had lots of fun and the food was very good and very hot and fresh too. Also, too some people were happy that were so many food choices for people who are glueteen free or other dietary options. We were happy about happy hours for drinks. Our waiter was very helpful and very kind and friendly.

I had a lovely lunch out with my mom, but what made the afternoon was our server Destiny. She was genuine , sweet, and provided above and beyond service.

I can say Earl’s is one of the few restaurants that any location you go to, the quality of food is amazingly consistent. I have been to most locations across the GTA. It was my first time at this Sherway location and surprisingly it was quieter than expected which was great. It was very clean, the customer service from the moment we walked in was exceptional. The bathroom was well maintained! A big thank you to our server in the lounge, Jermaine! He went above and beyond!!
